The property features one comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a bright living room with a double sofa bed, providing sleeping space for up to four guests. The living area offers a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island.

One of the highlights of the apartment is its private terrace and patio, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee, having breakfast outdoors, reading a book, or simply relaxing and soaking up the warm Gran Canaria sunshine.

Guests also have access to a swimming pool and the property's exterior areas, providing the perfect opportunity to cool off, relax, and enjoy the island's wonderful climate.

The apartment is located in Playa del Águila, a charming coastal area on the southeast coast of Gran Canaria, in the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana. Known for its calm and relaxed atmosphere, Playa del Águila is less crowded than some of the island's main tourist beaches, making it an ideal choice for guests seeking peace, tranquillity, and a more laid-back holiday experience.

The location also provides a great base for discovering Gran Canaria, from beautiful beaches and coastal villages to natural landscapes, local restaurants, and the island's many attractions. A car is recommended to fully explore the island and make the most of your stay.

Playa del Águila is a tranquil coastal haven near San Agustín, characterized by stunning sea views, a dramatic rocky shoreline, and excellent conditions for water sports like windsurfing, surfing, and fishing. The area's natural beauty makes it perfect for leisurely coastal walks, peaceful sunsets, and escaping the crowds of more touristy beaches. You'll find charming local restaurants along Calle Los Pinos—including Rincón Canario, Bamira, and Restaurante aYre—serving authentic Canarian, Mediterranean, and international cuisine.

Beyond your immediate neighborhood, incredible attractions await. The famous Maspalomas dunes, a golden-sand nature reserve stretching along the coast, are just minutes away, alongside the lively Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés beaches. The vibrant Meloneras promenade, the iconic Maspalomas lighthouse, and attractions like Sioux City Park and Holiday World adventure park are all easily accessible. Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or authentic island culture, this location is the perfect base for discovering the best of southern Gran Canaria.

The location is the best in San Agustín, as it is close to the beaches and to a shopping centre just 150 meters away, offering all services such as restaurants, cafés, shops, a pharmacy, and a health centre. Very importantly, there is a taxi rank and a bus stop only 50 meters away. The beaches of San Agustín and Las Burras are sandy and hold Blue Flag status.

They can be enjoyed all year round thanks to the privileged climate of the Canary Islands. San Agustín has a seaside promenade stretching several kilometres, where you can enjoy a pleasant morning walk or watch the sunset. San Agustín is a privileged destination visited by thousands of tourists every year, where you can enjoy the sun, the beach, all necessary services, excellent transport connections, no need for a car, and, in addition, the most comfortable and best-equipped apartment in the area.

In the immediate surroundings of the accommodation, you can walk to the beaches—you have everything very close by. If you want to explore the island, the bus service is very good; there is a station just a few meters away with connections to all areas of the island. There is also a bus line that connects the airport with San Agustín. A taxi rank is also located 50 meters away. If you ask us, we can provide all the schedules and help you with recommendations.

If you are travelling by car, without a doubt, the best option is to rent a car, which we can also arrange for you at very good prices.

You can enter the accommodation at any time after 15:00. Early check-in can only be arranged on request. If you need it, please send us an email.

Please note that guest registration is compulsory for those over 14 years of age, and only when completed for all travellers, can access to the property be given.

In case you have paid for the entire booking in advance on your favourite booking platform, you will only need to finalise the online registration process.
