Apartamento estilo moderno y cuidado

El apartamento interiormente es de estilo moderno, decorado con buen gusto y está muy bien cuidado. Es amplio, cuenta con tres habitaciones con un armario en cada una, un baño con dos lavabos. Un salón con un amplio sillón y una gran tele moderna con wifi y acceso a Netflix gratis. Todos los muebles son nuevos y el dueño es detallista. Al llegar nos encontramos con una botella de vino, una botella de agua en la nevera, café, té, azúcar, etc. Aunque no vimos al dueño, siempre nos contestó a nuestros mensajes y estuvo pendiente de que estuviéramos bien. La urbanización en la que se encuentra el apartamento cuenta con una espléndida piscina rodeada de una amplia zona verde de solarium. La urbanización está ubicada en una buena zona y a unos 20 minutos de la playa caminando. Tuvimos una muy buena estancia.

Fabulous apartment in a great location

The check in was incredibly easy after a 30 minute taxi ride from the airport. Extremely clean and very comfortable. The pool was fun for the kids with plenty of available sun loungers. The beach is a short stroll downhill and there are many bars and restaurants beachside. The apartment itself is also close to a number of restaurants and bars. Also close to bus stops if you want to explore further afield. A very relaxing holiday in beautiful weather (April) and we hope to come back again.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Check-in/Check-out waren problemlos und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter top. Ein defekter Toaster wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden ausgetauscht. Der Vermieter hat immer schnell geantwortet und war immer bemüht, alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit zu gestalten. Der Balkon hat Schatten, was sehr angenehm war, insbesondere bei den Mahlzeiten. Auch der Pool der Anlage war schön und nie zu voll. Zum Strand sind es 20 Min zu Fuß. Wer keine Luxus-Wohnung haben muss, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Schöne Zeit auf Gran Canaria

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf der Insel. Das Apartment entsprach voll der Beschreibung ( Hätten bei unserem 4-wöchigen Aufenthalt einen Geschirrspüler brauchen können, wir wussten aber vorher schon das es den nicht gibt, daher auch ok). Im Moment wird in der Anlage der Innenhof renoviert sodass hin und wieder etwas mit Lärm von der Baustelle zu rechnen ist. Sieht aber so aus als wäre das bald fertig. Das Apartment selbst kann ich weiterempfehlen. Besonders positiv ist auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter hervorzuheben , der immer sofort auf jegliche Frage reagiert hat. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Schönes Appartement in großer Wohnanlage

Wir hatten hier in Davids Apartment eine schöne Zeit. Das Apartment entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und ist sehr sauber. Auf die nicht vorhandene Klimaanlage konnten wir gut verzichten. Der gemeinsame Außenpool ist anscheinend erst vor kurzen renoviert worden und sieht ebenfalls sehr gepflegt aus. Liegestühle waren jederzeit verfügbar und wurden auch gerne von uns benutzt. Selbiges gilt für die zahlreichen privaten Parkplätze die zur Nutzung zur Verfügung standen. Man muss sich aber klar sein das es sich hier um keine Ferienanlage handelt, sondern in erster Linie um eine Wohnanlage, dementsprechend war der allgemeine Sauberkeitszustand der Anlage zwar gut aber halt nicht wie in einer Ferienanlage. Wir hatten leider das Pech, dass die aktuellen Renovierungsarbeiten uns des öfteren das Frühstück auf dem grossen Balkon etwas vermiest haben. So eine Hilti im Hintergrund ist hier irgendwie ziemlich lästig. Denke wir hatten hier einfach Pech. Ansonsten gibt es alles in der direkten Umgebung, wenn auch diese nicht zu den Top Gegenden in Maspalomas gehört. Das Jumbo Zentrum und große Supermärkte sind ca, 10 Min. zu Fuß entfernt, ein kleinerer ist gleich ums Eck. Die Dünen sind 2,5 km der Badestrand ca. 1,8 km weg, also alles gut in Reichweite. Auf der Autobahn ist man in weniger als 5 Minuten (mit dem Mietwagen). Für uns ist das Apartments damit eine Preis-Leistungsempfehlung und David war ein ausgezeichneter und unkomplizierter Gastgeber, wenn wir ihm auch nicht direkt kennengelernt haben.

Akkurat som forventet i henhold til prospektet.

Nyoppusset leilighet i boligblokk med blanding av turister og fastboende. (Må ikke forveksles med hotell.) Avstengt og fint bassengområde forbeholdt turister. 2 soverom lå ut mot hovedgate med trafikkstøy. Kort vei til butikker og restauranter. Topp oppfølging fra utleier. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

Appartement très propre, doté de tout le nécessaire, bien placé pour rayonner. Literie excellente, parking très pratique. Proche de toutes les commodites : pharmacie, supérette, restos. Le grand Mercadona est accessible à pied en 10mn par la passerelle piétonne visible depuis la porte d’entrée. Accès au paséo maritime en 15mn à pied. Propriétaire très sympa et qui répond très vite. Une bonne adresse ! / Very clean flat, having everything you could need. Excellent beds. Very well situated to visit. Car park very useful. Near supermarket, restaurant. 15mn walking distance from the beach. Very good relation with the owner who is nice and answer very quickly. A good address.

Nice and clean everything you need is nearby.

Everything was just as described. We enjoyed our vacation in there, building and area were quiet, lot of supermarkets and other stores were all within 15 min walk. All you need were in apartment (hairdryer, iron, beach towel and just towels...). Something owner might consider getting there is vaccum cleaner -we cleaned ourselves after dunes and beach but still we carried in sand and dust so at the end of the night it was everywhere.

When we arrived at the apartment in a taxi from the airport €40, we walked down a ramp to next to the swimming pool area. There is a small entrace to the lifts, which we eventually found, and went up to the apartment. Its lovely, clean, spacious and just like the pictures. Its lovely and has lots of amenities such as towels, beach towels, hairdryer, washing machine tablets (all in the drawer in the bathroom!) The beds were really comfy and the shower was lovely, but be careful as it gets really hot when the heater kicks in, then when the heated water runs out it gets cold quickly. Sitting outside on the balcony was lovely. Things dried on the airer in no time, and there was still some sun whilst part of the table was shaded, which was great for the kids. The pool area is lovely and clean, and secure for the little ones as it is gated with a lock. Just out of the gated area is a bar, which also has snack bar which serves toasties, omlettes, burgers etc and a soft drink for around €6 in a meal deal inc chips. Theres also a shop onsite for bread, milk, water, ice creams etc. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars a stones throw away. David was really helpful and quickly replied to any messages i sent, especially with info prior to our trip. The beach is a 10-15 stroll (i'd advise turning left straight out of the apartment and follow the road down) theres lifts down to the beach meaning if you have mobility issues of prams theres no steps to tackle, but a slope when you come out of the lift. I loved our time here. I have 3 children and the eldest is autistic. It was lovely and quiet, (well until we arrived!) there were a handful of people around the pool and at times it was only us there. So it was nice to have the option of quiet time and then have the hustle bustle of the resort when eating out and going to the beach. I would definitely return. Just need to find some flights!!
