    Restaurants and shops only a few minutes walk away, this property is a delight and one of our favourites in VillaGranCanaria, highly recommended!

    Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
    A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
    A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Wir waren 10 Tage in dieser sehr schönen Villa am Meer und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich, die Betreuung wärend dem Aufenthalt wirklich sehr professionell und proaktiv. Das Haus bietet alles, um sich wohlzufühlen. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung waren 100% übereinstimmend mit der Wirklichkeit. Vielen Dank, dass wir hier wohnen durften - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartement de Carlos à une magnifique vue sur la mer , logement très bien aménagé avec beaucoup de rangement et très confortable. L’accueil fut très chaleureux et efficace . Toutefois si vous avez une voiture , le stationnement peut être difficile mais tout le reste est tellement bien que c’est négligeable comme problème.

Tolle Lage, perfekte Ausstattung

Wir haben die Wohnung gemietet, weil wir sie vor zwei Jahren vor Ort entdeckt hatten und die Lage uns begeistert hat. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht: Matratzen gut, Küche gut ausgestattet, schöne Badezimmer, starkes WLAN, deutsche Sender und viele Dinge mehr.

Definitiv zum Wiederkehren geeignet! Besonders toll fanden wir, dass in jedem Zimmer die Klimaanlage unterschiedlich geregelt werden kann. Wir fanden die Wohnung noch schöner und geräumiger als auf den Fotos. Der Balkon ist unschlagbar und das Wellengeräusch vermissen wir schon. Supermärkte fußläufig zu erreichen, beim Parkplatz vor der Anlage mußten wir ab und an auf einen Wegfahrer warten, um einen Platz zu haben. Die Wohnung fühlt sich extrem privat und ruhig an. Hätte gerne noch mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben!

Wir waren zu dritt für eine Woche in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Das Check in hat bestens geklappt - der sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter hat uns die Schlüssel übergeben und das Nötigste gezeigt. Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung kam der „Wow - Effekt“ - der Meeresblick ist gigantisch. Die Unterkunkt war perfekt hergerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Per Whatsup wurde nach einen Tag nachgefragt, ob wir noch etwas brauchen - der Service war top 👍 . Fazit: sehr schöne Unterkunft, die ihren Preis rechtfertigt. Wir beabsichtigen, wieder zu gehen.

Gute Lage. Nähe Busstation. Schöne grosse Terrasse zum verweilen, Esstisch und Liegestühle standen zur Verfügung, mit traumhafter Sicht aufs Meer und nur ein paar Schritte zu Fuss zum Strand. Grosszügige Räume. Gut ausgestattete Küche, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Tumbler. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Kommunikation in Englisch und Deutsch war super.Es hat rundum alles gepasst. Sehr gerne auf ein anderes Mal!!!

Travelled to Gran Canaria with my toddler and mother. Overall, we had a really lovely stay - very clean, well equipped apartment with a beautiful view from the balcony. The little beach directly below the apartment was really nice and safe for children. Lots of interesting wildlife. Great communication with the company managing the apartment. The complex was very quiet at night. Only slight downside was navigating the number of steps in the apartment complex with a buggy, although there are ramps too. Kept us fit anyway! Lots of food shops in the area but not many cafes/restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Thanks for a great stay!

Een vakantieparadijsje met subliem zeezicht en zeegevoel! Het zeezicht- al bij het opentrekken van de voordeur- is overweldigend. We werden helemaal zen van het geluid van de golven en het wijdse zeezicht-zo dichtbij. Het ruime terras is een grote troef. Het baadt in de zon van 's morgens tot 's avonds. 2 luifels overdekken het terras helemaal indien nodig. Het appartement is ingenieus en smaakvol ingericht. Het is modern en voorzien van alle comfort: oven, microgolf, vaatwas, wasmachine, ... Alles is bovendien heel proper. m.a.w. een TOPPER! We hadden al heimwee op het moment dat we de deur achter ons dichttrokken. Let wel: een huurauto is wenselijk( noodzakelijk)voor boodschappen, resto's en uitstappen. San Augustin is goed centraal gelegen voor eiland-verkenning in alle richtingen.

Wunderschönes Bungalow - top ausgestattet

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung zu viert und zeitweise auch zu fünft sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist super sauber und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man nur brauchen kann. In der Küche waren wir begeistert vom Induktionsherd und genialem Backofen-Mikrowellen-Kombinationsgerät. Es gab auch einen Mixer, Pürierstab, Toaster, verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen, Wasserkocher und natürlich eine Spülmaschine. Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie Staubsauger und Bügeleisen waren auch vorhanden. Nach einer Woche kam ein Reinigungsteam vorbei und brachte neue Handtücher ( auch für die Küche), WC-Papier , Tabs für die Spülmaschine etc. und hätte auch durchgeputzt, was aber für uns nicht nötig war. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr schön und auch der Pool wurde von unseren Kindern gerne genutzt. Nur die Parkmöglichkeiten waren begrenzt und manchmal kein Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, das Meer gut sehen und hören zu können. Zur Begrüßung standen Wasser und eine große Schale mit Obst bereit. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Empfangen wurden wir sehr freundlich von Benjamin, der uns alles zeigte. Bei Fragen reagierte die Agentur sehr schnell und freundlich auf deutsch. Mietautobuchung über cicar war auch sehr gut und problemlos. Herzlichen Dank Ihnen allen!

Наше перебування було чудовим , близькість до пляжу та океану , апартаменти просторі та зручні . Всі описані зручності доступні . Єдиний мінус , немає ресторанів в пішій доступності . Якщо хочете поїсти десь в закладі - треба проїхати мінімум 3км .

Schöne, saubere, komplett ausgestattete Wohnung. Der Ausblick auf den kleinen Privatstrand und Ozean war traumhaft. Sehr empfehlenswert.
