The villa was amazing!Perfect layout and size for small families!Outdoors was even more spectacular than the photos!Owner and host were very professional/courteous and available for questions.Suggestions Highly recommend to upgrade the tv, the Wi-Fi glitched very frequently The only way to get it going was to turn the tv off and start over The outdoor “wish it was propane”Couldn’t find a baking pan for cooking biscuit for breakfast ect

My husband and I initially booked this property to have our very small wedding (28 people), specifically because the listing stated events up to 40 people were permitted. Our guests were only going to be onsite for a couple of hours, and my husband and I were the only ones staying the night. When I reached out to the host, they requested we pay an additional 1,500 and obtain insurance. We understood, but wished this information would have been included in the listing. The property itself was stunning and clean. The walls have a bit of wear and tear, but other than that, it was exceptional. Our code for check in was not set up correctly, nor were the automatic lights, but the host quickly resolved the issue. There was also a fire alarm beeping due to low battery, but they also resolved that quickly. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not operational during our stay, which was a main selling point. We contacted the host to discuss a partial refund for the issue and never received a response. Overall, this property is lovely, but there are fundamental hospitality issues.

Beautiful, remote, and all around just a warm peaceful vibe!! if you’re looking for a beautiful, romantic, exotic, and a private getaway look no further, this place has it all, the home the inside of the home she managed to get every vibe in there and just pulled it all together the owner built and designed the home and it is just absolutely gorgeous. You can feel the love she has put into it! Outside the waterfall at night those pictures are just a tease, the outdoor shower was awesome! And absolutely no sounds but nature! The host and groundskeeper lives on site directly behind the home, any questions or issues that you may have she’s very quick to respond and take care of anything that needs to be taken care of very professional yet personable! She makes you feel more of a guest than a visitor, which is nice! I’ve had my eye on this house, probably for about five years, so I was glad I finally got to go! It was everything and more, but for me, it was the pool! The town of bedrock!!

A quick getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Cibolo Chase and will definitely will be back. It was beautifully lit at night and very relaxing. The only thing I wish would have been done was the outside patio and around the pool be blown off from debris. We would step on acorns or leaves, but we found a broom and cleaned up a little. I would definitely recommend to stay! Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Best pool ever

We had a great time. The house is nice and cozy but the pool is the main attraction. It was clean and crystal clear, and just what a family needs on a hot summer day. If you are looking for a place to relax and play, look no further.

Pool time

The pool was so clean, crystal clear water, and 9 feet deep, with a waterfall and swim in grotto in the deep end and a bubbler in the shallow shelf. There are fun colored lights. The stairs to get in and out of the water are very steep and there is no railing. We bbqed steaks outside on the grill. The inside was very clean with helpful signs and book. The beds are super high off the ground, there is a little step stool to help, but the bed was still really high and I needed help up. This would not work for disabled people. The top of the second bedroom bed came up to my chest. The couch was comfortable and the TV had amazon prime and netflix already available. It was hard to find an outlet to plug in a phone or other charger. But mostly, we had a fantastic time swimming.

Fantastic Property Close To San Antonio and New Braunfels

We just spent a week at this property and it's one of the best VRBOs we've stayed at on any of our family vacations. It's a short drive to both San Antonio and New Braunfels which was nice since we were able to do things at both with the kids. The kitchen is well stocked with actual good cookware. The pool is absolutely amazing. It's like having a resort pool all to yourself. We will be coming back to visit this property again.

Better than described!

This property was jaw-droppingly beautiful. We didn't want to leave! The owners provided everything you need to settle in - the kitchen is full of various cooking tools, pots, pans, plates, etc. Flashlights, which almost came in handy when a storm rolled through, too. Beds were huge and comfortable. Area was quiet and peaceful. Our family enjoyed hanging out in the yard, playing chess, and enjoying the hot tub. It was early spring, so the pool was not quite hot enough, but it was pretty. Just sitting out there having coffee or reading a book was lovely. As far as property size, the house has two bedrooms, but we found it huge and spacious for our family of three. The teenager had a ton of privacy when she wanted it because of the smart layout and the thick walls. Property manager and owner were excellent. One night a storm rolled through, and they checked in on us via text to let us know where flashlights were and where to park to avoid hail damage. We also enjoyed visits from the friendly outdoor cat - we were missing our kitties, so we gave her lots of attention when she came by. Great stay, close to everything - easy drive to San Antonio or Austin, or just hanging around hill country. We had a great time and highly recommend this place!
