This is our second stay on the property but our first in the Barn Haus. The house was immaculately clean. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. We really enjoyed the privacy of the outdoor space. My husband will tease me for this but, I was really impressed with the construction of the stairs. They were easy to go up and down and were very well lit at night. They also had additional gripping to ensure you didn’t lose your footing. The owners have really thought of everything! The property would be fantastic to have a multi family gathering because the houses are close but still allow everyone to have their own space when needed. Overall we had a great time!

The place was great. The two downfalls I would say would be how close they are to the other VRBO on the property and the permanent residence. But I will say, we were not bothered and did not see the neighbors often. The other thing was the couch looked dirty. I am not sure if it was the coloring but it was light colored and looked like it could of used a wiping.

My wife and I were looking for a weekend getaway in Hill Country and came across the property. As we were traveling with our 2 dogs it was a little difficult finding a property that fit our needs. My wife found the Barn Haus and it was perfect. It is unique as it is the top of a barn that was built out and it was great. The owners really did a great job. Very comfortable and well done. The property was just outside Boerne and it's a great place. The backyard is fenced which was great for our dogs to run around in. There's a hot tub which we may try next time, August heat and hot tub didn't go well for me. There's a grill, darts, and cornhole in the yard. The yard is also lit up nicely and the fencing in the back is wire to allow you to see some deer and wildlife. Check in was easy and the property is gated. The owners were wonderful. This was our first trip to Boerne and we loved the town. We will be back!

Great place

Kevin has an incredible set up at the Barn Haus in the beautiful hill country! We had the absolute best time. Everything is so thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need as well as EVERYTHING labeled which was so helpful. We really enjoyed the property. We hung out in the backyard, enjoyed the hot tub, and played a couple of rounds of basketball. It was the best time, and we will definitely return. Thank you for the best stay!

Cute second floor bungalow over a barn!

The hosts were very helpful and friendly, and the location was close to everything we wanted to do and visit (wineries, elephants, relatives in Kerrville). The hot tub was also an added bonus! I recommend staying here to anyone!

Phenomenal Property

The Barn Haus is a phenomenal property! Everything is clean and well put together. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal! Our kids loved the bunk beds and the king bed was comfortable. The area is remotes and VERY safe! Highly recommend for families!

As advertised

Everything was perfect! The place is just as advertised, we didn't need anything. I love that everything was labeled so you didn’t have to find out what switch goes to what. Beautiful property, off the hwy, but very close to the main strip. We definitely stay here again.

Words don’t do it justice! This rental property is amazing the owners go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Family fun!

We LOVED having fun in this cozy space. We spent as much time outside playing basketball and darts, chillin’ in the hot tub, and sitting by the fire as we could. The space is perfect for a family of 5-6 and they had everything we needed! Thank you so much!

Birthday Getaway

We spent two nights at the Barn Haus. It is such a lovely place, nicely decorated with all the comforts you could want! The outdoor area was truly magical-- the hot tub is nice and large; there's a big TV and fire pit and games to play. It's far enough away from any city that you can see lies of stars on a clear night! It's very close to downtown Boerne, which was a cute place to walk around on a Sunday afternoon. The host was perfect and left good instructions and was communicative about everything we needed.

Surprise anniversary trip

I booked the Barn Haus for a surprise anniversary trip to Boerne and it was so nice and cozy! Pet friendly is a plus so we didn’t have to figure out a dog sitter. The place has great amenities and everything we needed for an amazing stay. The hosts were also very nice and communicative, highly recommend!

Very nice get away

The barn house was a great relaxing place for my wife and I to explore Boerne, TX. We enjoyed the hot tub and even shooting baskets. Everything worked great!

perfect getaway

I stayed at this property for a couple days with my partner, and let me tell you, we wish we could’ve stayed longer! it was perfectly quiet at night and the host was prompt with communication! everything was clean and the accommodations were perfect! i even won at my first game of darts ever in the backyard! i highly suggest this property and host! thank you for keeping us safe and comfortable!
