This is a hired company, acting on someone else's behalf with zero communication. Completely stressful when it should not have been.There IS a deposit that you have to email them a picture of your credit card, ID and a selfie but the actual amount isn't listed. Even Expedia had no clue the deposit amount. The area is not a good area, actually marked as an area to avoid. But we had no issues. House was clean but trash in the front yard and back yard.
Biggest issue was communication, our place had AC issues, fine, no problem but the next day I had somewhere important to be. So I called about 8am, asking "is the other place ready bc I need a place to leave our things", no call back until 1:42pm, saying we need to move our stuff by 2pm or they would move it for us. Ummm...no you're not, we are visiting my daughter in Lackland airforce base that we haven't seen for months and she cant leave base. My husband and son had to leave us on base at a museum to go and move our things bc of my medicine and money. The museum closed at 3pm, so we had to walk in black flag conditions. I figure a 2 to 3 hours notice for them to let us know what is going on, would be ample time or a call back saying, hey we don't know, can you take everything with you....but i got nothing other than a demand. I have requested compensation but of course no one has contacted me back. It just made a stressful situation with my daughter even more stressful and frustrating. Just pay more money & go somewhere else.
