Here’s a clear and professional way to write your VRBO review based on what you described — firm but fair: (2 out of 5 stars)The unit itself was clean and spacious, which we appreciated. However, several amenities that were listed in the description were not actually available during our stay. We reached out to the off-site management team for help and to ask about a possible partial reimbursement multiple times. They responded every time to say it’s being looked into but nothing was ever confirmed. We stayed an entire month, and still haven’t heard back about reimbursement ( checked out Nov.2 2025). Unfortunately, the lack of response and missing amenities made the experience disappointing, despite the nice space.
