Beautiful

Host was very communicative and always answered back under 5 minutes, definitely enjoyed my stay and made good memories I’ll have forever. The game room was an amazing plus, 100% would recommend.

Terrible communication

It was clear the house had not been cleaned (there were stains on the couches and food left over from the group before). I did not get the passcode or check in/out info until 5 minutes before check in time. The max # of people was not specified in the property listing. I ended up paying an additional 140$ dollars when the property owner called me at 10PM, the cutoff time for the max # of people and 7 hours after check in time. It was very clear that we were being watched (from the strange phone call that I received late that night) so much so that I did not feel comfortable enough to spend the night. My friends and I (who had simply been watching movies and playing board games), packed up our things and left way before the check out time. I would not recommend this property! They need to clarify their terms prior to booking their locations!

Clean property, convenient location, but missing a few things

Pros Super clean convenient location property manager does message back, but a phone number would be helpful too Cons -missing some essentials in the kitchen. Most vrbos I've stayed at have a few essentials. Don't expect even salt and pepper(I left some there but I feel like it must get thrown out between visitors). Zero spices, condiments, wash clothes or hand towels, pot holders, dishwasher detergent. ONE fork and two baby spoons. Had to buy plastic for the trip. Not a big deal if you eat out every single meal, but that gets pricey and to me, that's one of the advantages of a vrbo over a hotel. -No extra linens. I slept on the couch and had to take the top sheets from the beds so I would have something have on top of me. Not so much as an extra throw blanket. -Random but the light switches don't turn off all the lights. The light a the top of the stairs (up high, unable to unscrew anything--plus it's some LED strip so that's not possible anyways) cannot be turned off. I tried every switch. So the light was shining in my eyes from the couch all night. -Checkin was smooth, but there's like an extra check in step to unlock the game room which is random. Definitely some annoyances but a clean and decent property. The game room and court are perfect for teens. Just maybe bring your own salt and pepper haha.

Great House

This house was great for our family. The neighborhood was great; we felt safe and it was located close to the stores we needed. I would highly recommend this house for a family with teenagers!

You just took my money

I paid for a booking here and couldn’t go cause there was a snow storm and I called you and text the owner 4 times soooo I do who’s gonna help but I need some back a day to stay or Monday back

All the information isn’t accurate

This renter has rules for their property as they should. While I was communicating with the owner over details, his answers were not the same as the rules in the house nor what was on the website. I was told to vacate and threatened to have the cops called for not responding fast enough though it was a family event and I was occupied away from my phone.

This house was perfect for our visit to Seaworld! It was close to restaurants and the owner was quick to respond to my questions! I would definitely recommend d this home if you are in the area!

Lackland afb graduation

If you are looking for a place to stay for lackland afb graduation this is it, if that's not why your here this is still it, it is close to everything san Antonio has to offer, nice neighborhood very clean and the ac works great lots of room if your looking definitely check this out

It felt very much like l was at in laws house that didnt want you there

The huge sign of rules on display upstairs was very unexpected and didn't have the feeling of being home away from home at all. My girls are young adults and felt that they were on " Big brother" in the house. It made the celebratory weekend a little uncomfortable. Also suggest housekeeper clean baseboards, showers and refrigerator better. It would be nice to have hangers in closets. But I think the owners are responsive and easy to reach. It's an affordable quick weekend spot.
