We really enjoyed our experience at the property. It fit our party of 8 well. It is located in a quite neighborhood and is a short drive to Six Flags, with several great restaurants and grocery near by. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, because of the cooler weather, but the backyard was really nice. They provided a ton of board games that the kids used. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Really positive stay.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from the Riverwalk, and 35 from Lackland Air Force Base.The pool is clean and only about 4 1/2 feet deep -perfect for cooling down and safe for non swimmers.The host is very attentive and easy to communicate with.

My only complaint was it was only available for 3 nights. We wanted a full week and it was hard leaving. So nice and relaxing. Will definitely check availability next time visiting San Antonio. We only used 2 bedroom but the master bed was so comfortable. Im disabled from failed back surgery. The couch had a bonus of electric recliner. The very back bedroom with 2 beds, the one by the closet was comfy as well. Shower in master was large (had a stepdown 2 steps but i managed, ) and great water pressure. other bathroom was tub combo so we never used that tub shower. Pool was relaxing. If you want to float bring your as only blow intertube was usable. I would of loved a floating chair or flat one but wasnt buying since our visit was short and the sitting float there was torn and unusable, guessing other guest left them. Will definitely stay here next time in city if available.

First time renting through verbo and this trip definitely makes me want to do it again and never go to a hotel again. Having a pool in your backyard to enjoy at anytime is amazing and to have a whole house to you and your family makes it that more relaxing. When we make a trip back to texas we will definitely see if the house is available again.

Fun, relaxed stay.

We stayed in this four bedroom home because our townhouse was too small for three visiting granddaughters and one visiting daughter. The kids had a blast with the air hockey and the pool. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Comfortable home. Well equipped kitchen and nice sized dining room. It was neat and clean. And the owners were very attentive.

We had an amazing stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described (if not better). The home was spotless, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were cozy, and the little touches—like extra towels, local recommendations, and fast Wi-Fi—made us feel right at home.The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet close to everything we wanted to do. Communication with the host was excellent—fast, friendly, and helpful every step of the way.We’ve stayed in a number of vacation rentals, and this one really stood out. House was nice. Kitchen need some item. Can opener did not work no paper towels available email stated there was an umbrella for the pool. Spoke with owner and he said it should be there but he e never found it and he didn’t offer to bring one.

Needs Work

When we rent a property on VRBO, it comes with a certain expectation that specific standards are met. In the past, our rented homes have always exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, for the first time for us, this property fell short of those standards. The house was in a much older and rundown state than the posted pictures depict. Missing paint on doors and walls, broken locks on windows, lightbulbs out, taped broken windows, etc. There is a quarter inch air gap under the door leading out to the pool- daylight seen. For cleanliness, there was mold in the master shower and the freezer had something melted and thick down the back wall and bottom- very noticeable. When the host didn’t respond the first day, we opened a ticket with VRBO. The VRBO rep was terrific. The host contacted us later and cleaned the items we reported. The next day, when we were trying to use the ‘stocked’ kitchen, we had to let the host know there was only a 5-inch skillet (no other large skillet) and it was crusted with cooked on food. We found several pieces of cookware, utensils, and silverware that had crusted food left on them and stored away for use. We sent pics again, and the host left new skillets at the door. I understand that cleaning companies may go ‘bad’, but as a host, it is your duty and responsibility to regularly inspect your property and ensure it is up to minimum standards.

Nice location

We had a nice stay the only things I would say is the step in the bedroom is not super fun when you get up in the middle of the night when you get up to pee , and we received our cose at 4:15 not 4 which wasnt a big deal at all for us but I could see where it would bother others areicing promptly at 4 . Location is quiet and lots of space not terribly far from anything you could possibly wanna do.

The size of the house with 4 bedrooms was perfect for my family. The cleanliness of the house was fine. One thing that I would suggest to the host is that it would sure be nice if you could get some better towels for your guests. We felt like we were using rags for bath towels.

Friends weekend

The property was nice and conveniently located. Plenty of room for 5 adults inside and out. We spent most of our time touring the city which was a 15-20 min Uber ride away.
