Host was great. House was mostly clean. However there was a horrible cat pee smell that was throughout the house. I know the host said they spray for bugs but we found multiple cockroaches throughout the house, even in the kitchen. The vents were very dirty and falling from the ceiling. The stove was disconnected and took some figuring out. There are also many cats that just are out and about all over the outside.

The house had everything we needed, and we were able to have our pets with us. There are three bedrooms and two baths, which was perfect for our group.The home is in an older neighborhood, but all of the homes seemed to be well kept. We found the house to be very clean. The kitchen was well stocked, but we didn't cook. Our high school band was competing for State at the Alamodome, which was only a five-minute drive. We were also near good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Neighborhood Home in Artsy Neighborhood

Had a great stay in this lovely home in an artsy neighborhood, close to lots of great coffee shops and restaurants. Centrally located, nice and clean, and Chris was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Great house, great location

We made a quick weekend trip to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. The house was comfortable (especially the bed in the main bedroom), centrally licated and commination was quick and easy with the owner. Definitely on our list for our next visit.

This house was great for our group. It’s a short drive to the downtown area and the property has been nicely updated on the inside. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. We brought our small Shihtzu and it was ideal for having a contained area in the backyard for him. The neighborhood does look a little iffy but overall it was fine. The only real issue we had was the neighborhood seems very active at night- loud music came from several of the close neighbors well past 1am, several loud dogs barking all around us and there is a train that runs very close so noise from that can be heard. This may not be an ideal option for someone who is bothered by a lot of outside noise.

Quiet, wonderful neighborhood. House has been stylishly remodeled. Kitchen is beautiful and master bathroom is spa-like! We took our shih tzu and he had a great backyard..no need for walking and leashes! Close drive to activities. We had a great time!

SeaWorld Riverwalk Family Weekend

My 10yr old, 20yr old and 23yr old college kiddos, and my husband and I had the best weekend in San Antonio. Casa Pajaritos was a home away from home and had every amenity we could have wanted. The neighborhood was so quiet and very convenient to everything. The grocery store was right around the corner and we had meals at home, just like home. The host was so generous and made himself available for us with anything we needed during our stay. 10 out of 10 for sure!!

Perfect Family Getaway

We needed a safe, comfortable place to meet our adullt child who lives across the United States with our fur baby (an Australian shepherd) for Thanksgiving. We wanted a place close to the airport, parks, shopping, and the Alamo because we had less than a week. This place had everything we needed and some extra perks (porch and grill). We felt safe and in a quaint neighborhood that was used to animals and family. We had an awesome stay in San Antonio.

Great Location. Great Hosts.

This must be the place!I utilized this property for a small family vacation. The location of this unit was perfect. Located a walkable distance from the Blue Star complex and a 5min drive from everything downtown. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Lots of cute cats at night too! The property itself is well maintained. The general vibe and decor of the unit is perfect. The beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable. I could have spent the whole week in the master bed. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. We also took advantage of the board games provided. The pool was a bit warm for us, but we expected that in June in Texas, so we didn't get to use the pool much. However, the backyard was lovely and I enjoyed watching the rain from the patio. The hosts were super responsive and eager to accommodate our needs. A property. A location. A hosts.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

Casa Pajaritos is a beautiful home with all modern amenities and perfect fit for our small family. We are a family of three and two dogs who loved the spacious backyard. The home is in an older neighborhood and We felt no concern with safety. It's very close to the Alamo and The River Walk which is great for inexpensive rides. The city has scooter rentals everywhere that we used to see the city. Chris was great in communicating. I would definitely go back.

The Worst Experience Ever

Property managers and owners are dishonest and irresponsible. Their lack of knowledge of their the new air conditioner unit caused a huge inconvenience to my family not only comfort wise but monetary. The unit filter was DISGUSTING and may have very well been the culprit as to why their unit went off. I sent a photo of it to the first property manager (Annabel). After speaking to property manager's (Chris and Annabel) and informing them we would not be staying after all as we made other arrangements with a hotel, the assured us the issue was fixed and we could go back. We agreed TRUSTING them that everything was fixed. The home was still hot cooling. The thermostat said one thing and the home felt another way. They called ANOTHER person to go check out the unit. Upon connecting with property managers they told us our stay would be fully refunded and we could stay as the home would cool as we no longer had our hotel reservation. The home finally cooled the fourth day we were there. Upon arriving back home, I was texted by the property manager Chris to send receipt of our hotel stay. It was over $600.00 for one night because hotels in the area were booked due to major events going on and we had to book two rooms for my family. I sent a follow up message to Chris as I had not heard from him. I get a follow up message essentially saying that what transpired was not their fault after the owner conducted their own “investigation”. I was refunded a pitiful $200.00. Revolting!!
