Great apartment and location

A really enjoyable place to stay, perfectly located for exploring San Antonio. Pearl Brewery (and, usefully for car-free traveller, Greyhound stop) at one end of the street, historic center quickly reachable via the riverwalk. Apartment well equipped and maintained, very easy to relax in and quiet at night.

Scott was very responsive. The condo is incredibly close to the Pearl and it’s upper stretch of the riverwalk. Great spot to stay.

Great stay!

Very peaceful stay. Be careful getting in the shower on the top level- it can be slippery. Other than that, I can see staying here again.. great property!

Beautiful and convenient

The location is excellent, very close to the Pearl. Gorgeous kitchen with everything you might need. Everything is homey but upscale, beautiful property. The owner was also great. Very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Unbelievably great!

Unbelievably great! Scott’s house was clean, spacious and a block away from all the pearl restaurants and activities! Communication with Scott was easy. We already booked this place again we enjoyed it so much.

Very nice place and area

We really enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. It is a nice quiet area but still very close - walking distance to the pearl which is a really nice place for restaurants, some shopping or just walking around especially if you don’t want to go deep into downtown river walk. Overall, a place that is clean and comfortable and really enjoyed the open space with plants. Also good communication from the owner. Definitely would come back

Excellent place near the Pearl

This house is beautiful. The beds and linens are so nice! The living room is spacious and comfortable. The walking distance to the Pearl is so close- easy walk! Perfect location! Cute up and coming neighborhood. My only suggestion would be a shade or blind in the master bath window for privacy. Excellent property! Wonderful host!

Amazing place 3 minute walk to the Pearl! I’ve stayed in many rentals and this is by far one of the best. Nothing misleading, property is exactly (actually better) than described. Scott the host is extremely accommodating with early check in / late check out and had many great recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The Pearl is the best area in San Antonio and this is the best place to stay close to it! Book this place

Wedding Weekend

My new husband and I stayed here because it was near our wedding venue (The Creamery) and we wanted the proximity and vibe of this condo. My photographer loved all the photo options inside the condo, from the 3rd floor balcony and stair railing to the very modern look of the guest floor. It had so much room for my girlfriends to all get get ready there, great lighting for my hair/makeup. We highly recommend this place and hope to return soon!!

Pearl District Palace

This stay for our 5th anniversary was incredible! The host did a great job of communicating about a minor hiccup, and it was smooth sailing from there. The wall AC units were plenty to keep the place cool on days hitting 100, and the convenient 5-minute walk to the Pearl District allowed us to explore at our leisure. The home amenities were just as nice as they look, too! A++, would rent again.

Close to the Pearl

Location is very close to the Pearl. The master room is open to the lower room so not a lot of privacy in the master room if travelling with others. Do hear the guests in other unit depending how loud they are. It was occupied the entire week we were there but it was different groups and one was much quieter and more respectful than the other so may not be an issue for others

Pearl so close!

Check in and communication were great. Property Mgr worked to resolve our issues quickly. This property is ideal for walking to the Pearl and all the riverwalk has to offer. We didn't have to Uber anywhere and felt safe. The place is decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. Lots of natural light and electric blinds for privacy at night. The upstairs bathroom has no privacy, except a curtain, so make sure you are traveling with those close to you because you can hear and see all. Downstairs bath/shower has a door, so more private. Hand soaps, shampoo/cond and body wash were provided, so nice touch! Towels and linens were soft and very comfy. Barely saw or heard the other tenants in the shared house. Driveway parking was a plus! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back.
