Will always come back to this property!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! Everything from the moment we arrived was above expectations. My wife was very hungry when we arrived, and her favorite snack in the world is chips and salsa. What was waiting for us on the counter? Chips and salsa! It wasn't anything we asked for, just these property owners going above and beyond for their guests! And we loved it! There were 6 of us total staying at this house for a week long work conference. The place is so well designed and outiftted that we all had our own space to live and work in when we needed to focus or leave early for conference things that no other person was disrupted. We collectively could not have been more comfortable or accomodated better, even had we all stayed in individual hotels. This will always be a work trip to remember because of how wonderfully Alyssa and Susan treated us during our stay. Thank you a million times over!!

Great Place for Family Gathering

We were a group of extended family and the house layout was perfect for us. The location was ideal; short drive to the heart of San Antonio and access to freeway for longer jaunts.

Girl trip

Great place! Very clean. Host was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Neighborhood was ok to walk in the day, but not at night. Super-close to everything. We didn’t have a car and didn’t need one. Very comfortable for our group of 10. We would stay here again!

perfect set up

We had 5 adults, and we are all able to have our own rooms and bathrooms (minus one shared shower). The living and dining room were great for team meals and meetings. Laundry (4 W/D!!!) was super helpful. Location is great - walkable to St Mary's which is the coolest area, as well as Riverwalk/Alamo if you want to walk through the downtown construction. Super spot!

The property is brand new and quiet. They left chips and salsa, topo chicos and plenty of coffee. Lots of washers and dryers for laundry. Top notch! We will be staying here again.

Perfect!

My large family stayed here during the basketball tournament at the Alamodome, and it was perfect! Great location - can walk to Alamodome and to Riverwalk. The house is very nice and clean, and the beds were so comfortable. Highly recommend!

College girls reunion weekend

Ten girls reuniting from all over the country in a perfect house for gathering, eating, drinking and comfortable sleeping! House is filled with every amenity and comfort imaginable. The linens and bedding were top quality. The only thing missing was a tea kettle which was supplied within minutes of texting the property manager! The location is ideal for taking in the sights of San Antonio or jumping on the hop on/hop off bus. Enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful home!! Thank you!!

Awesome location!!!

This was a great property! The host was accommodating and we really enjoyed our stay. House is within walking distance to great restaurants and downtown. We were in town for the Rock n Roll Marathon and could walk to the start of the race. One thing I would like to mention is there is a train that passes by in the middle of the night, multiple times. It would have been nice to know this in advance so that I could have put in the provided earplugs and turned on the wind tunnel fan that was provided in each room. I really appreciate those accommodations but I didn’t know I was going to need to use them until it was too late into our first nights sleep. As long as the fan is on, it drowns out the noise of the train. I highly recommend this property!

Great Family Reunion!

Property was exactly as advertised in the listing. It was SPOTLESS when we checked in and VERY comfortable. We were there for the weekend of Halloween and Dia de los Muertos and we had a blast. The house is in easy walking distance of La Villita and the River Walk. We walked everywhere. We felt VERY safe and slept very well. The kitchen is well-stocked (with a good selection of Keurig Cup Coffee and tea). We wound up just having 8 of us due to an illness so we were very comfortable. We didn't have anyone staying in the downstairs bedroom (that doesn't have its own full bath). The ONLY thing that bothered us at all (and primarily in the front master bedroom on the second floor) was the train whistles at night. When I mentioned it to management, they immediately had extra earplugs delivered (which we didn't need because after the first night or so we didn't even notice them anymore). The Management Company would answer us within minutes any time that we would communicate with them about anything. I would stay here again in a HEARTBEAT. Loved it.

Perfect stay for San Antonio Wedding

Great for a Business or Family Stay

I booked this house for my business team. We were in town for a conference. Great location to the convention center. 3 minute drive. Plenty of room for everyone and the house looked great. Owner was supper helpful. I would stay here again.

Bachelor Party Weekend

Amazing House

Our stay was amazing! Friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette weekend trip and there was plenty of space. We loved that there were 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. We had the best time!

Great location and house!

We had a wonderful experience staying here! I traveled with my toddlers (3yr and 1yr) and the house had a highchair, play pen, etc. which made our stay so much easier. The house is very nice and clean and has all the essentials. Garage parking was a bonus. We walked to several fun bars and restaurants in Southtown (easy walk) and also walked to some spots downtown (about a 20 min walk but doable). We would stay here again.
