This house is a work in process and it should not be rented out till finished. The yard was in terrible shape. Weeds everywhere. Some were as high as 3 ft. The outside walls and deck needed a serious power washing. The inside had more issues. All stairs were not finished. The ends of the stairs had a plastic wrap that was either cracking or cracked and they used Staples to hold them down. My baby granddaughter almost stepped on one that was loose and coming up. My daughter pulled it out. Also one of the wood newel post was broken and needed to be repaired. My daughter also slipped on the end of the stairs and bruised her backside. There was also poop on the floor and end of bed in the upstairs room. The dryer had small towels in that were left by whoever is working on the house. The Kitchen was best part of the house but had a broken door and another door of a bunch of parts they were using. There was also a huge mechanical tool in the bottom of the island. (Why)? The house is the biggest house in a Bad Neighborhood. Nobody takes care of their yard and weeds everywhere. This house fit in as far as that goes. Plenty of Weeds everywhere! The Host does not seem to think that he should have to keep the outside maintained as well. He also offered not compensation for these issues. He also tried to accuse me of breaking several things after I expressed how terrible that house was. Luckily I had taken plenty of pictures of all the broken items that were already broken.
