Welcome to your San Antonio getaway — a spacious 2,500+ sq ft home with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and room for up to 16 guests. With a private pool, huge game room loft and backyard packed with amenities, this home is built for large families and groups looking to enjoy San Antonio together.

**PRIVATE POOL & BACKYARD**
The backyard is one of the highlights of the home. Cool off in the private pool, relax under the large covered patio or fire up the BBQ for dinner outside.
There’s also a fire pit, cornhole and plenty of seating for the group. String lights surround the outdoor space, creating a great atmosphere for evenings by the pool.
The private pool is approximately 18 ft round and 4 ft deep and is not heated.

**HUGE GAME ROOM & TWO LIVING AREAS**
Upstairs, the large game room loft gives everyone another place to hang out with a pool table, air hockey, arcade games and plenty of room to play.
The home also features two spacious living areas — one upstairs and one downstairs — giving larger groups room to spread out without feeling crowded. Smart TVs with cable and Netflix are available in key rooms along with fast Wi-Fi throughout the home.

**5 BEDROOMS | SLEEPS UP TO 16**
The home comfortably accommodates large families and groups with sleeping arrangements for 14 guests in beds plus a queen air mattress for 2 additional guests:
• Primary bedroom — King bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 2 — Queen bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 3 — Queen bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 4 — Two Twin trundle beds, each with a pull-out Twin (sleeps 4)

The primary suite also includes a private ensuite bathroom and comfortable space to unwind.

**KITCHEN & COMFORT**
The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils and the essentials you need to prepare meals at home along with a drip coffee maker for your mornings.
You’ll also have a full-size washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi and the everyday essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

**LOCATION**
Conveniently located near SeaWorld and Lackland Air Force Base with easy access to Downtown San Antonio, the River Walk, Ingram Park Mall, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, the airport, San Antonio Zoo and Botanical Garden.
You’ll also have plenty of restaurants, shopping and everyday essentials nearby, including a Walmart just around the corner.

**PARKING & ACCESS**
You’ll have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including the private pool, backyard, covered patio and BBQ area.
Parking is available at the property along with additional street parking.

**A FEW THINGS TO KNOW**
• This is a 100% non-smoking home.
• Small gatherings or events must be discussed and approved with me before booking. Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $70 flat pet cleaning fee applies.
• The private pool is approximately 18 ft round and 4 ft deep.
• The pool is not heated.
• Check-in: 3 PM
• Check-out: 10 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval.
