We stayed at this property for my son's graduation from BMT. It was great for this purpose, great location and fit a lot of people. The A/C stopped working and the owner was extremely responsive and had a tech there within an hour of contacting him. My only comment is that this house is old and has nothing to do with "luxury" It was great and served it's purpose but I just want people to know that if you're looking for luxury , this isn't it. It's functional, large and clean.

Perfect Stay!

We had an awesome stay. The location was not far from town. The home was nice and looked like the photos. We had lots of littles in our big group and they were entertained the whole trip. Truly a great experience.

Bathrooms overlooked

The house hits the spot. Everything for a great stay. Our bathtub and toilets were dirty. Found a sock. And when we took sheets off at end of stay the cover of mattress is all stained. Sheets where clean as was rest of house. You can’t skip the bathrooms when you clean.

Comfortable and fun

We all enjoyed the home. Lots of fun things to do at the home that we chose to spend our last there to swim, watch movies, and play the various games they have. Beds were comfortable and made it nice to sleep after a long and fun days. The pump to the swimming pool was broken when we arrived but the owners had a fix in play so that we could enjoy the swimming pool. My kids loved staying here, as well as us adults.

Nice backyard

The house overall can accommodate two large families, the backyard is pretty and you can spend most of the time there. I recommended the host to have some things added to the kitchen.

A hidden gem in the NW side of San Antonio

Our family and friends were pleased and satisfied with our stay. I would like to thank Daniel L ( manager) for being on top of everything and always being so attentive and caring to check our needs during our stay. The house fit our needs. It was close to the Air Force base and all the other things we explored. I would suggest going through the house and making a list of what you may need during your stay before going to the store.

Family Vaction

The house is beautiful! All of the kids really liked the game room. Having the pool was a great plus, after being gone all day sightseeing. I loved that it was so close to SeaWorld. We all really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend renting this house.

Best location for Lackland AFB and Sea World.

House is very open and not cluttered. Lots of beds and rooms. Game room is nice with pool and arcade game that is a nice escape anytime. Back yard has plenty of seating in the sun or shade depending on the weather. Pool not heated so swimming not possible unless it’s hot enough to warm it up.

Issues with Property

My family and I booked this property for Labor Day weekend. Big plus was that it had a pool! Well, the night before around 9pm I received a message that the property that we booked had issues, host didn’t mention what kind of issues. He did offer to relocate us or give us a refunded. Unfortunately, the other property only had a hot tub, which is not something we want during a summer day in Texas. Sucks that our Labor Day weekend was ruined because we couldn’t find anywhere that could accommodate the amount of guests and dogs that we had at a short notice.

Family vacation

We had all 14 of our immediate family stay Friday to Monday. We attended Sea World on Saturday and Sunday. We were 12 minutes from Sea World, with an easy route to get there. The house was very roomy even for this many people. Everything was clean. There was some damage to the stairway, but it was obvious repairs had begun. We did not have enough wash cloths and ended up purchasing some more. The only complaint was a lack of parking. The neighborhood was full of cars. We had four vehicles to park. We had most everything we needed and should we return to the area, we will definitely contact the owner.

SeaWorld+Pool

We aimed at this property because it was close to sea world and it had a pool. It had 4 bedrooms, 2 of which had multiple twin size beds. We were two families vacationing together, so this was a perfect set up for our kids to have shared rooms with their siblings and the adults to have their own rooms as couples. There was lots of space downstairs for dining and a lot of seating for enjoying tv. We loved having a pool on the property and being able to spend a lot of time relaxing at the home while the kids played. We didn't actually use the game room much. Most everything we needed was available in the kitchen for cooking. There are grocery stores and good restaurants for take out in very close driving distance. The neighborhood was comfortable and quiet.

Christmas in San Antone

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in San Antonio and having a clean, well-cared-for place to stay with plenty of rooms for everyone was a large part of that. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located close to the expressway so it was easy to get around to all our destinations. Some remotes were missing when we arrived, but after messaging the property manager new remotes were brought over quickly. I would definitely stay here again!
