This is a great space for Air Force BMT graduations! Walmart is just a few minutes away. JBSA Lackland Air Force Base is about 15 minutes away. And, downtown San Antonio is about 15-20 minutes away. Oh! And the San Antonio airport is about 20 mintues away! Perfect location! The home is CLEAN and there is plenty to do with your family and Airman after graduation right on sight - perfect for the AIrman who just wants to nap and relax with loved ones!

The house is run down and doesn’t match the quality shown in the pictures. When I contacted the manager to ask questions on how to operate things, the response was obviously AI with very generic answers not tailored at all to the actual house. We were told in the listing there would be operating instructions in the house along with a book with things to do and neither could be found in the house. Bathrooms were not cleaned with mildew found on the shower curtain and the toilet water level was low.

The property location was perfect for our family needing to be near by the AFB for an airman graduation. It was large enough to accommodate our family of 10 comfortably. Our party was all older adults, so the game room and backyard games were not used. I'm sure with a family of children or younger adults these would have been a plus for a vacationing family.The host, Daniel was great - he was prompt to respond and took our needs and recommendations to heart. We would have given a 5 star on all areas but there were a few things within the house that were just out of his control. When renters/tenants or cleaning/contracting staff don't report issues after they leave, the host doesn't know what should be repaired or replaced before the next renters/tenants arrive.

Everything was great. The house had more than enough space for our large group. Lots of towels and toilet paper! Our only suggestion is that there might be some metal panels on the porch, above the dining area window overlooking the back yard, that need to be looked at. There were some high winds one night and at least one panel was lifting up making a lot of noise.

We loved it here. Brought family for BMT graduation. The house felt just like home, had all essentials we needed. Check in was easy. Our host was friendly and kept in touch when we reached out. The backyard putt putt and corn hole were a hit, the game room was fun. Gave us a great place to relax and have fun with our new Airman. The back patio was perfect, plenty of room for all of us! Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Very close to Lacklund AFB

We stayed at this property for my son‘s Air Force graduation. Very close to the Air Force Base and Walmart is just around the road, which is convenient. It definitely accommodated a large group of people well however might plan for plastic wear and coffee cups as these items were limited. The house was fairly clean minus one of the tubs. You will need to supply your own laundry detergent. Definitely could use some cosmetic updates but overall fit most of our needs with such a large group. It was nice to have actual beds for everyone and the game room was fun for the kids.

BMT graduation

Very close to Lackland base so getting there and back was extremely easy. Place is set up very well for adults and kids entertainment. They put a lot of thought into this place for their guests. Would definitely go back there when I’m back in San Antonio.

Good for what it is but not luxury

The property worked out well for us to bring students to because of the game room and mini-golf. It's also close to a Wal-Mart which is convenient for picking up things nearby. The property was clean with most of the things you'd expect or want in a weekend stay - towels, dishes, etc. As as far as that goes, all was good.On the downside, we arrived at the check in time of 3 but had to wait 45 minutes for the cleaner to finish up inside. Also had multiple questions for the property manager because we needed to check out a day early but only had the VRBO app to message through and responses were slow and not helpful. Most communication was automated.

Highly recommend this property for large groups

Daniel was super responsive with any questions I had. This house was perfect for my extended family for my son’s BMT graduation at Lackland Air Force Base. It was super close to the base which made it way less stressful for graduation days. My son loved the space to relax when he was off base. Took two great naps while he was there before returning at base. Everything was clean and it was so nice to have everything there and the space to relax. We were also super close to Walmart for aht last minute things we needed. I cannot recommend this home enough for families coming to BMT Graduation.
