I could not even believe what a dump this place was. There wasn’t an even piece of flooring in the place. There were dead bugs all over the window sills. There was a big rotten spot under the sink with mold growing. The stove was just filthy I spent an hour cleaning the kitchen before a roach decided it was clean enough to come out. The air return filter has probably not been changed in years. Drywall was peeling in various places around the ceiling. The only thing that resembled the pictures was the colors. There was even smudge of dog poop on the floor and chips under the broken couch. We responded to an automated email asking to write if we needed anything and got no response. I even had to pull a spoon from garbage disposal and remove a giant hair clog from the bathroom sink. The shower curtain was stained yellow and could use laundered.The carpet needs a shampoo. There is zero pride of ownership here and please folks don’t waste your money on the AI photos this place used to advertise. I took many pictures I would love to share.
