Large house

Overall this house met our needs in terms of space. We initially had some issues but the owners were responsive. The house was initially not very clean and they immediately sent out another cleaning person to fix that. The other issue was a lot of mosquitos! While there was an offer to bomb the house after we had already killed 15, it just wasn’t something we wanted to do with an infant in our group. However, the offer was there. We did need to buy a lot of insect repellent bands, spray, and a bug wand. The house has all the basics if a little worn. We were not there much during the day so it didn’t impact us as much. If we were going to be there a lot during the day that might be another story. It worked for our stay and we appreciated the quick responses.

Lackland graduation

Worked great for a lackland graduation. It is fairly close to the base and worked great for us. The property manager is great to work with and got back to me promplty when i sent messages to resolve our issue. I would stay here again if I ever need to visit the area again.

Horrible!

It was dirty, found several biohazards and worst of all were the COCKROACHES! To add injury to insult the roaches we saw were dying so this tells me this company KNEW/KNOWS of the problem and attempted to fix it but obviouslly did not confirm the roaches were dead prior to our arrival and it was the roach killer they applied is the biohazard I mentioned before. DO NOT CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Affordable Stay

Good area near a Dollar General, Sonic & whataburger. One bath water pressure is not good might want to check that & A/c did not turn on was hot! Also overall a 4 star would have been a 5 star is the A/C was working got pretty hot at night.

Great family stay in San Antonio

Spent three nights on a holiday trip to SeaWorld. The location for SeaWorld is great. The room with the three beds was perfect for our kids, and we all enjoyed spending the mornings and evenings comfortably in the house. We went into the city one day and it wasn't a long drive to get to downtown locations. Great stay for the family to have space and in close proximity to many things the city has to offer!

Great location to Lackland AFB

Heather is an attentive host. The house is spacious and clean. Bedrooms are large and the foosball was a hit with the kids. A busy street as it is the only way in and out of the development, but manageable. Spacious kitchen. We enjoyed the stay. Three bathrooms was perfect. Would use again.

Overall, the house was nice, and the beds were super comfy. Getting into the home was very easy. As soon as we pulled into the driveway, we saw trash on the front lawn, which of course we picked up. The bathroom downstairs needs to have the toilet secured . Every time you say on the toilet you felt like the toilet was going to fall over. It needs a bit that is missing on one side to hold it down. The shower in the upstairs hallway needs a new shower head, or needs to be cleaned. There is no water pressure because the shower head holes are so clogged with calcium or something. One of our guests was elderly, and could have used a blanket on the bed, and we didn’t see any extra anywhere. The closets could use some hangers to hang you clothes. We had to takeout the trash from previous guests, that was left. When you have 8 people in a home, you really could use extra soap, and toilet paper. The back of the Roku remote would not stay on, and at one point went missing, and we found it under the couch. I just happen to find some tape in the garage and taped it on so it would stop falling off. The next door neighbors dog pushed through the blocks that were covering the fence, and made its way into the backyard. That seems a bit of a liability, had that dog bit someone in our party. The shower in master bath needs a non slip surface. Finally, at one point I had a large cockroach crawling on my hand inside the house. Overall nice house for price.

Nice house could use a little work. Owners were very nice and helpful.. neighbors very messy WE out of the goodness of our hearts took their garbage to the street for them… too much traffic for a dead end area. Loose dogs.. over all beautiful spacious house

Spacious, no frills property. Clean and close to Lackland. We stayed here for our daughters BMT graduation. We liked the number of beds available for our family to spread out at night. We were not in the house very much as we stayed on the base or was at the Riverwalk most of the days we were there. Overall a good no frills place to lay your head down at night! Thanks!

Great Communication, Clean, Comfy Beds, large home

This house was centrally located for our needs. We were in San Antonio for our son's BMT graduation from Lackland Airforce base. It was about 15 minutes to be on the base and under 25 minutes to the Riverwalk (and if you are a golfer, about 45 minutes from TPC San Antonio). The house was clean and stocked with everything you need to cook or entertain a large group: large living room, large kitchen and lots of beds. The beds were very comfortable. We were also able to stay on top of laundry. We really only spent time there to sleep, so it was perfect for us. The issues, which were NOT inconveniences, were mostly related to the neighborhood. Keep in mind, we come from the woods of New Hampshire, so take that into consideration. People drive way too fast in the neighborhood (no joke probably 45-50 mph in a 25 mph zone). There is a lot of traffic and its heavily populated. We are just not really comfortable with that. There are some subtle issues, like the toilets could use better securing, but again, not important. There is a backyard, but no furniture to sit out back and chill.. again, not a big deal. The home met our needs perfectly fine and is very spacious. I do recommend. The owner also ommunicated very well with us!

I have to say it was a great place. Location was key for us. We have family and it was close to them. Also many places for shopping and dining. Our host was terrific when we encountered a situation and they did not hesitate to accommodate. I will definitely come here again !
