Amazing stay! Everything was listed as in the ad and there was plenty of necessities there when we arrived. The house was in such great area and we would definitely rent again! We were able to get the most out of our short weekend with our daughter for her 13th birthday! Check in was super easy and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and pans you need!

Wonderful February visit

This was my family’s second stay at this wonderful location. Everything was excellent and exactly as advertised again. Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our three night trip. Great location that is close to all the things we were in San Antonio to do and see. Already planning a third stay with them.

This property was conveniently located to most everything, 20 min to SeaWorld, 10 min downtown, 10 min to a HEB, etc. When we first arrived the property was exactly like shown in the pics and the host gave us the most detailed instructions and answered any and all questions. I would not hesitate to book this property on our next visit to San Antonio.

Cute House!

Such a cute home! Easy location to drive to all the popular places. We never tried walking to Pearl District, it seemed a little far for us but we were also traveling with three kids under 6 so that’s why it seemed a little daunting! Loved being able to pull our car through the gate, especially at night. Home had everything we needed!

Perfect property!

We came to visit San Antonio to do some sightseeing and relaxing. The property was perfectly located for whatever we wanted to do. And the house was very clean and easy to use. The owner couldn’t have been nicer through the times I communicated with him. We can’t wait to go back and hope to stay here again.

perfect location and property

This house is close to the Pearl/ Riverwalk and Museum. No issues whatsoever. Hot tub was a bonus. Recommend Santa/Diablo up the corner for Mexican food.

Comfortable, convenient, and as advertised

We had an excellent three night stay while in San Antonio. The house was very clean and organized, and everything was exactly as advertised in the listing. Communication with the host and all check-in/out processes were clear and easy. The convenience of the location (near downtown, Frost Bank Center, etc. was a big plus for our trip. The hot tub was a big plus as well.

Family thanksgiving time

The property matches both the written description & the photos on the VRBO website. We were very pleased with comfort & amenities of this accommodation. We found the location to be excellent for our needs. It is about five (5) short blocks walk east to the Museum Reach of the San Antonio River Walk (adject to the Historic Pearl food & entertainment complex). We also walked downtown for brunch at La Panaderia (a fantastic bakery/restaurant) after which we walked back to the house along the riverwalk most of the way. Chad's property, which he named Pequena Pearl is also only a short, quick drive to the San Antonio Zoo, Japanese Garden, & Fort Sam Houston. We encountered a minor glitch with the hot tub, but still were able to enjoy the the relaxation it provided. Chad quickly responded to our concerns by phone & he was quite pleasant to talk with.

Amazing location!

Chad's house is in an excellent location, walking distance to the Pearl. If you're not familiar with the Pearl district, look it up, it's a foodie's heaven! We were staying at this property with our two sons (2 and 6) and they also had a fantastic time. There were some board games to play with and the hot tub was also hit. The property has everything you need.

Top Tier Home

This was probably the best stay I’ve had for all my bookings. The home was exactly how the pictures seemed and the cleanliness was just perfect. Communication with the hosts was absolutely perfect and their understanding and flexibility with myself and my friends was truly appreciated. There are owners who go above and beyond and this owner was one of them. I highly recommend this bnb and would really like to sometime in the far future book again.

Fun Getaway with Grand Daughter Weekend

This home is in a historic area of the city that is growing and revitalizing. We enjoyed the location, the accessibility to things around entire city and the home was just as described. Just what we needed, and then some!

This property was exactly where needed to be in SA for the weekend. You can tell it’s an older neighborhood that is being updated. We walked the very short walk to many bars and restaurants both nights and never felt unsafe. The home was immaculately clean, updated, and well appointed. The bed we slept in was very comfortable with more than enough pillows. The hot tub and provided extra towels was a nice addition. We enjoyed having a night cap in it after going out. We also enjoyed being able to park two vehicles inside the locked gated drive. We would definitely stay here again. Chad was very quick to respond when we had a question about checkout.

Great Place!

This was a very cute and cozy house. It looks just like the photos. The appliances and furniture were all new. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. I usually travel with my own pillow, but I didn't need to use it because the beds had a variety of styles. The kids had a great time in the hot tub. We enjoyed the outdoor furniture and large front porch. We also had added security of being able to park our car behind a gate. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was very convenient to all the fun things downtown (like the Alamo, Ripley's, and Lego land). I don't know that we would have felt safe enough to walk the neighborhood, but we Ubered everywhere and it was like a 5-10 minute drive. We had young kids with us. We basically ventured out during the day, and wound down in the evening back at the house with a movie on the comfy couch. The host was fabulous and very responsive when we had questions. The check in directions were detailed and provided us great directions of the various items at the house. We'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home in walking distance of the Pearl

Stayed here for a short stay to see a concert and work remotely for a couple of days in SA and enjoy my birthday. The location and comfort of this home can't be beat. It was overkill for 1 person, but I really enjoyed the opportunity to soak in the hot tub in the backyard on a cool evening very much. For my birthday, I simply walked to the Pearl and enjoyed a wonderful dinner. My stay was great and couldn't recommend highly enough.
