All was great. Mr Hunter should know the toilet in master bath constantly runs. Also, he said there were plenty of toiletries in linen closet. There were none, however I took all I needed.

It was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and had a family reunion.Lots of activities available on property. Pool table, ping pong, karaoke machine. Weight room, massage table set up. We just swam and ate and looked at old pictures for our get together.Hosts very nice and welcoming.

Gorgeous property in a peaceful neighborhood. Instructions left around the property and in a binder in the dining room addressed most of the questions i would've had regarding the stay and check-out process.Very relaxing and comfortableLoved the collection of memorabilia and paintings, it gave a museum and art gallery feeling while keeping the comfort of a house.Fully stocked grill and kitchen just ready for any guest to prepare their own meals if needed.Molly the cat showed up and was so sweet, wanting petting and attention.Phill was quick to respond to any questions.Definitely would recommend and i'd book again some time in the future

We absolutely loved this property! Phils home felt like a home away from home! Everytime we left, i was so excited to get back! It is full of life-character , history and art.. You can tell the host phill is a genuine good person. You can feel the love all throughout this home! He put so much time into this lil masterpiece of his and created a paradise for his son! Its obvious, his Blood, sweat and tears poured out to make this little piece of paradise. If you get the chance to enjoy this home away from home. I recommend you take time to read all the information and history he has provided, especially about each room. You will be amazed with it all especially the baseball Memorabilia! I can not say enough amazing things about this property and its host! He was very kind and accommodating to all our questions and requests! If i had to choose my favorite thing about this property , i honestly couldn't! The early mornings and evenings i Sincerely enjoyed the back porch swing bed! Especially when accompanied by miss Molly, his cat- (she is absolutely awesome and a bonus to our stay) .I fell in love with his sons "own Idaho " room (many memories made unwinding with the kiddos).. oh and the sun room !!!!! THE WINDOWS! THEY ARE AMAZING!! They open and you have a front row view of your family enjoying the pool! Of course the back yard and all the extra special touches . The massage room with towel warmers and hot stones. The master bathtub and towel warmers. The sound system!

The property is amazing. Lots to look at and see, plenty of notes around the house to help locate items or know how best to use them. From start to finish Phill was super communicative and helpful. The property is in North San Antonio so location is nice with less then 30 minute drive most places in the area and a grocery store just down the road. Pool was clean, hot tub was perfect and easy to use. Great combination of fun for all ages with many ways and places to watch tv and movies or just go swimming or play a game of pool upstairs.

Great house with activities for every age!

The house had so many different activities. The owner was very nice and helpful. My kids had a blast. We loved the pool, and there were so many games and activities for the kids. The kids loved having their own upstairs area with everything they needed. They played pool, sat in the hanging egg chairs, and swam. The adults enjoyed the massage chair in the living room and hanging in the pool and jacuzzi. If we had more time, we could have also enjoyed the other amenities. There was a music room and massage room that we did not have time to hang in. 10/10 great place and owner was very nice.

Phill’s Place

The house was perfect for my family. We are remote IT professionals and this place was perfect to work out of. Molly assisted me while I worked. She really took a liking to the Zoom calls and now all my coworkers know Molly. The pool was amazing. You can really see all the hard work that has been put into this place to make it a fun enjoyable experience. Definitely would like to come back with our son so he can enjoy the music room.

Perfect, we’ll be back

We stayed here to attend my grandsons graduation from Air Force boot camp. It was the perfect place for us. My grandson was able to unwind for the first time in months. There was plenty of room for us. We didn’t need anything, every thing we wanted was there. I even got to build new memories with 13 year old grandson. He and I played pool together quite a few times. I have never been able to do that before with any of the other 12 grandchildren. I know it's a wonderful memory for myself and I'm sure Wyatt will also remember those days. Communication was great! House was amazing, there was something for everyone. I didn't hear one complaint from anyone. No, "I'm bored" from the grandkids. Sadly we couldn't even do everything there was to do! Not enough time. It's a very nice quiet neighborhood. Was lovely walking the dogs. I really enjoyed the peace. While there are neighbors close by, it felt very private. We also had a visit from some wild life. When my daughter pulled in, there were 3 Armadillo's in the front yard. Late one night there was a raccoon that visited the back deck. One family member saw deer in a yard close by.Molly the cat was really sweet.I would totally recommend this home to any family. You won't be sorry. In fact, stay as long as you can!

Home Away From Home

The photos do not donthis proprty justice. Not only is the property a huge bang for your buck, but it was very inviting and more than enough for our stay. Everything is labeled throughout the property nicely and directions for using the various systems and services here. The pool is not too big to be overwhelming, it is just right. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and Molly the cat graced us with her presence many times. When I come back to SA, if this property is available I will book it again no problem.

Lovely home

Definitely a unique home. Plenty to do. The host was able to keep the pool water at 85 degrees even with the fall/cold weather. My grandkids enjoyed it immensely. The home was clean, organized and homey. I would like to return if the host will have us.

Family birthday.

All the activities and of course the pool is the reason why I chose this house. The welcoming living room to the kitchen waiting for a family meal to be prepared My son and his friends loved playing pool, the ping pong table entertaining for hours. We enjoyed lunch by the pool and relaxed on the swing at the end of each evening. The back yard felt like an oasis in a luxury hotel without having to have anyone else around. My family and I had an amazing time. Thank you Molly and Phil for opening your home to us.
