The house we stayed at for our mini vacay was perfect! We had plenty of room for all of our guests. The only thing that made our stay uneasy was all the exterior cameras. We have had a bad previous experience with security cameras being in a rental home and that stress and trama was retriggered. We understand the reasoning of having them and I should have paid more attention to the amenities before booking. But overall we were very pleased with the rental, it was close by to many stores and to all the activites we had planned.

The property itself was plenty of room for our family. We were never able to use ceiling fan or light in den area. Maybe a remote was missing?? The biggest problem was plumbing issues. The shower/tub AND shower in front 2 bathrooms backed up on 2nd night/2nd morning. The 2nd night the commode backed up in master bath. I think the plunger was broken. Otherwise, great stay!

Horrible stay the ac was broken they said they couldn’t get it fixed in the house they moved us to another house and was locked out of that house wouldn’t help us get into the house had to get in it on our own they told me .. me and my small children would be okay sitting outside at 12am for five minutes

Very nice quiet neighborhood house was very nice bigger than what the pics show bedrooms and beds were big and comfortable and just a short drive to the Alamo and Riverwalk only downfalls is air conditioner needs serviced and mats need to be put in showers/bathtubs to prevent slipping and falls but overall a very nice place and check in check out was easy host was very quick to answer any questions wed definitely stay there again if we was ever to come back to san Antonio tks for everything and def recommend

Great home

Upon arrival, the space was clean, large and had a warm setting. The space met all our needs. With family in all the bedrooms, having access to three bathrooms made the experience much more comfortable. The kitchen was organized and well equipped for all the food we brought in for our stay. We were impressed with the outside space and used it on one of our nights. It has a nice table with chairs and a fireplace which was great for the falling temperature. Our only recommendation would be for the security box, it was strange having it on the other door away from the parking spaces but it was only a short walk around the house to get to it.

Slow drains and water wall

Our initial impression was very good. The property is in a good neighborhood and is quiet. It's also close to tons of local attractions. The issue we had was with the drains in the house. The one bathroom shower was backing up into the other shower. It was definitely smelly. The bathroom in the master suite seemed to have water coming out of the walls and continuously draining through the shower drain. I'm certain that once these issues are corrected, the property will be excellent.

Perfect for our needs

The location is great. Home was clean but needs a few little repairs. We found all 4 beds were way too soft for our liking. Overall its a good home for a fair price and we would consider staying there again.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay! Lots of room for six adults and two children. Very quiet neighborhood yet close enough to shopping centers and other stores. Plan on returning soon!

Cute, Quiet...and Filthy!

Older home (1955ish) and pretty cute. Beds are comfortable. But..... The driveway is not even remotely close to the door with coded lock, and the garage is not useable, both of which are a little mind boggling. Upon arrival - minimum of 7 dead tree roaches found on the floor (and a live one in the cupboard); food / drink splatter on the kitchen cabinets and dirty coffee cups; active spider webs with critters in a few of the baseboard corners. The floor is so filthy that the bottom of my feet were black after only a couple of hours walking around. The ice maker was frozen solid - it took us over half an hour with a hair dryer to thaw it out. It will work for the next guest, though. The shower in the main bathroom drips 24/7. It has smokin' hot water - but there's no hot water at the sinks? There is a crack in the tile floor of the bedroom, and the foundation has shifted so stepping on that crack the wrong way can be like stepping on a Lego. Buc-ee's has better toilet paper. Why are the light bulbs in the living room so yellow / dim? Why is the dining room table large enough for 8, but there are only 4 chairs? Why is the closet unusable in one of the bedrooms? Why are all the steak knives bent? Why are there 3 bathrooms and only 1 hair dryer? Plus side - plenty of pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc. Sent pictures to the management company and got a refund of the cleaning fee. Would not stay here again.

Pleasant, convenient getaway

This property was centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go - visiting historic sites, the Riverwalk, and friends, exceeded our needs, & was safe. Owner responded quickly to every communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable

Although it is an older property, it is well kept. Location is great, and the house is clean and comfortable. Wish we would have had access to the use of the garage. It was inconvenient to park on the side and have to walk all the way around the front to get into the house. There was also no access to turn on any outside lights, so we would struggle to unlock the door in the dark. There was no cable tv, so be ready to use your own streaming services.

Great!

We had a great time at this property- the location was good and safe, the parking was easy, the house is really quite big! We chose it because of the number of bathrooms (3 full!) which is unusual. The beds were good, the living room had a nice big comfy couch. The kitchen had everything you would expect. There were games and movies and exercise equipment which was a nice bonus. Nice yard. Our only complaint is that we wished for more dining chairs. Otherwise, it was basically flawless. Thank you!

Great weekend getaway

The house was near the Riverwalk which was perfect!! The photos of the home on the website were exactly what was promised. House was very clean. We used Uber on Saturday night and the cost was reasonable. All bedrooms had a tv except for one. Two bedrooms share the hall bath so I would suggest putting a mirror in the smaller room so that the occupants can still get ready while the hall bath is being used. This same room could also use some type os hooks or hanging rod for clothes - room has no closet. I would recommend renting this property.

BMT Graduation

House looks just like the pictures. Manager was easy to contact. Weather did not allow us to enjoy the back yard, but it nice and had planned on spending some BBQ time out there. Plenty of room for 4 grandparents, 1 kid, and us 2. The steps in the house were a little scary with the grandparents, but we had no accidents. Overall stay was good.

Wonderful house

We had 7 people staying. There were lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The patio is really nice and the house is stocked with lots of movies, dishes, pots and pans and games. The house is conveniently located near the mall, grocery store, and other tourist attractions. Sea World was about a 20 minute drive, the zoo was about 10 minutes. The owner is responsive and gave clear instructions for check in and out. The neighborhood was really quiet.

Overall a good experience

The property was perfect for a multigenerational group - Nana, Mom and 2 kids, including a toddler. The overall floor plan accommodated everyone with plenty of comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. And 2 different places to sit (living room and family room) for conversation. Enough room for playtime or to watch a show on your favorite streaming service. Wifi was outstanding. Note that we were concerned about the step down from the main living area to the family room, but everyone navigated it without incident. The location is great - close to grocery stores, Target and lots of places to eat. A few minor items to attend to in the property were relayed to the owner, who was very responsive. Booking and getting in and out of the property was seamless. The overall experience was good. I would recommend.
