ABOUT OUR POOL
Our pool is a standout feature of the home and is available for guest use year-round. Please note that the pool is very deep (up to 8 feet) and is not heated. Guests should exercise caution at all times, and children must be supervised.

There is no lifeguard on duty; use of the pool is at your own risk. Pool conditions may vary slightly depending on weather and regular maintenance schedules.

RULES:
For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We charge a minimum of $150 for any unapproved late checkout.

🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, and guests must ensure smoke does not enter the home. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Violations will result in a minimum $500 fee.

NO PETS allowed in this property.
Unauthorized pets will incur additional charges.

🔇 Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors. Guests may still enjoy outdoor spaces during this time, but noise must be kept to a minimum. Outdoor music and amplified speakers must remain at a respectful neighborhood volume at all times.

🚫 No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings. A $500 fine will be applied for any noise violations or unapproved events.
