The check in and check out process was easy. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable king size bed. Safe location in a neighborhood. The neighborhood is about 7 miles off of I-10 but that is clear in the location described. There was a portable a/c window unit which really want an issue and provided white noise.

Very nice, will stay again

We needed a place to stay near our son. We opted for the one bedroom option (there is also a 2 bedroom option with the same host). It is a nice, clean space. The bed is comfortable. The host offered more amenities than we needed. Highly recommend!

The room was very comfortable and well stocked. There is a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee machine and a nice large screen TV. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a couple!

We loved our stay! The bed was very comfortable, the shower was beautiful and had great water pressure, and everything needed was provided. The property and neighborhood is beautiful and really enjoyed the deer.

Very Pleasant Accomodations

The property was exactly as pictured, VERY nice, well appointed. Location was great for us - we were spending most of our time in Boerne. Loved the area - deer all around- super quiet. Check-in was clearly explained- everything went very smoothly with our comings and goings.Glad I chose to make reservations here!

Peace and quiet.

Def loved the space. Coming from Austin I was surprised how quiet it was here. I wasn’t aware how far it was from all the major cities but I loved it. The space itself was perfectly sized for my girlfriend and I. The instructions to get there and get inside were spot on. Didn’t really need to contact the host outside of asking a clarification on the check out time due to the time change. Def will be back if I go back to the area

Beautiful, quiet and comfortable

My wife and I spent 3 nights in this beautiful space while traveling to see Sting and Billy Joel in concert in San Antonio. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and extremely quiet. The deer that would occasionally wonder through the yard and neighborhood were fun to watch. Steve was a wonderful host and the room was well stocked with water, coffee and other items.We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommended!!

Labor Day Weekend Stay

This was perfect, cute place to stay while we were in town to hike Guadalupe River State Park. Room had all the essentials to make the stay easier (mini fridge/freezer, microwave, iron). Would def come back and recommend to friends!

Wonderful place!

I truly enjoyed my month long stay at Steve and Roberta’s property. They really thought about everything a guest would need and the location is gorgeous, peaceful and quiet. It was perfect for me while I worked on research. Lovely people and lovely location.

Beautiful Setting in a Quiet Neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fair Oaks Ranch. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We were able to invite my sister and her husband over for a lunch and used the outdoor kitchen to cook fajitas. It was so nice and peaceful there. Room and bed were comfortable. Fridge was bigger than the small ones in a hotel. Definitely would stay there again.
