Adorable cottage

We loved our visit. Christine is a thoughtful host who thinks of all the details. The house is cute and cozy and near great restaurants. Overall, an exceptional stay.

Convenient Neighborhood Cottage near Downtown

My spouse and another couple stayed at this VRBO while attending a weekend long convention. Convenient location and it was very cozy and comfortable.

Wonderful Retreat in a Fun Neighborhood

We enjoyed the Lavaca Cottage. The backyard is very secluded. The neighborhood is walkable with many fun restaurants and bars nearby. Close proximity to the King William neighborhood, the River Walk, and downtown. Highly recommended.

Perfect

This house was awesome. It is walking distance from great restaurants and the Riverwalk so I did not have to worry about parking. The house was incredible and the bed was sooooo comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

Best Location

The house was in a cute neighborhood so close to downtown along with shops and restaurants within a close walking distance. Bus stop right outside the house made it ultra convenient for getting around town! Would absolutely book again!

Amazing location and Cute house

When I first walked in I felt like it was a super cute house! I loved the little details of the house and the decorations! It was perfect for a weekend getaway with the girls with a short walk or Ride to the river walk and downtown! The little touches the owners put in were Amazing! And definitely didn’t go unnoticed never had a house stocked they way they had it stocked!

Top of the line place to stay!

This property is all it says it is, and more. Christine has done a fantastic job of making this place comfortable, appealing, and well-provisioned. I stayed here with a friend for several days of vacation preceding a workshop, and we both loved the neighborhood, the relatively close walk to the Riverwalk and other downtown places, as well as coming home at the end of the day to an extremely lovely and restful place. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has all one needs to cook (we didn't do much of it -- the restaurants in San Antonio are SO good -- including the 4 we tried within a couple of blocks of the cottage!), and the back yard is a wonderful place for coffee/breakfast in the morning, or drinks at night. The host is very responsive and immediately gets back with answers to any questions. A fabulous place!!

Perfect Home Base

This historic home is a perfect base for exploring San Antonio. It was very centrally located about in the middle of the places we wanted to visit. If you enjoy utilizing public transportation as we do, having a bus stop right beside the house and all the others you will need a couple blocks away makes it so very easy! We ubered to the rodeo and back but everywhere else used the bus. A 7-day pass is only $12! Despite being 3 blocks away from where several roads converge, it was MUCH quietier than I expected and Christine has provided super cute retro fans and earplugs in case you are super sensitive to noise. You don't hear a thing except birds and an occasional car passing by in front if the house when you're inside. The home is as advertised except for the back yard though with it being February, that was to be expected. We loved the comfy bed and found everything we needed there at the house. Christine has thought of about everything! She responds to messages promptly and was so very kind and gracious to allow us some leeway on our check-in and out times because I didn't think to coordinate our flights with her listed times. I give her rental two thumbs up!

Sisters Trip

We all loved the property! Everything was clean, up to date and very well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor sitting areas were also very nice. We were able to cook with plenty of nice utensils. The appliances were all new and in great shape. The location allowed us to walk to most of the places we wanted to go.

Excellent property

We stayed at this cute and comfortable house on a recent visit to SA. We couldn’t have been happier with the cleanliness and little touches that the property had. It was in a great location with tons of restaurants and activities within easy walking distance. Christine was also great and easy to communicate with!

Cozy cottage with great location

We loved staying in this cottage on our trip to San Antonio! It was clean and cozy and a great option since we’re still being cautious about Covid-19. Check in was seamless, thee property was very clean- They even provided hand sanitizer, masks, and plenty of Lysol. We loved being able to walk to some great restaurants and the Riverwalk and enjoyed the local gardens. Highly recommended and we plan on staying again in the future!

Clean & Colorful

We were lucky enough to stay 2 nights and felt like we were coming “home” every evening. Christine went above all expectations as our host and cottage owner, from quick and helpful communications, to supplying everything from yoga mats to darling umbrellas. This cottage is within walking distance of the Tower of the Americas, The Heritage Market and the River Walk. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone loving the comforts of home with an artistic flair. Thank you Christine!!!

Perfect city getaway!

This house was perfect for a quick family getaway for our family of three! Great location! Beautiful house! Good for children too. Our baby loved the front and back yard. We loved that everything you need is in walking distance and there is so much to see and experience. If you are planning a trip to San Antonio this is definitely a must-stay! Would highly recommend!

Walkable to the Alamo, Riverwalk and King Williams Historic Ditrict

Lovely spot for urban hiking to touristy spots as well as local fair at the Blue Star complex. We used our car to catch the farther missions but could have easily rented bikes too!

Adorable Cottage

While planning a visit with our son who attends Trinity, we decided to try something different and rent a house. We’re glad we did! The cottage was adorable, clean and convenient to downtown and the river walk. The owners have put a lot of thought and effort into making their place comfortable and cozy for their guests. We would definitely return.

Excellent in every way!

This was a wonderful location. A 15 minute walk to the Convention Center, Riverwalk, etc. Also many restaurants, breweries, and bars within easy walking distance. A very cozy cottage with a great back yard and front porch. Very, very thoughtful amenities- everything needed at your fingertips. Extremely clean and great communication with the owner. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Thanks for a great expericnce!.

Great place for a couple or small family

Great weekend stay at this house for our group of 3 adults. The place is clean, well equipped and in a great location. You can walk or bike to downtown, hemisphere plaza or nearby Alamo street. Our group was biking the Missions trail and we rode our bikes from the house to the access in Alamo street, no car needed. The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are equipped with attention to detail. Loved drinking my morning coffee in the rocking chairs at the front porch, and enjoying the fall weather. Definitely a property we would visit again in a future trip.

Perfect Rental

Rental was better than advertised! Very clean and supplied with everything that you could think off! Close to Riverwalk, downtown and many restaurants! Hardly used my vehicle because everything was within walking distance or a bus ride away! Great enclosed backyard to rest and relax in with local cats to keep you amused! Secure location and friendly neighborhood to make you feel at home!

This was the absolute best experience I could of had. Clean beautiful home. Walking distance to so many attractions. Bikeing distance to all of down town. Great little house!

Adorable house in a great location. Never a long wait for Uber! Christine answered all of my questions quickly. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in San Antonio.
