The property is located just off the main highway on padre island and just 5 mins drive to beach. It is a very compact apartment for 4 member stay but certainly not for 6 members. Though it is mentioned as 2 bedroom in the online listing, it is actually a single bedroom apartment with the second bed present in the loft. If people are not able to climb and the bed in the loft cannot be accessible. Apart from the online listing, things seems to be okay for a decent stay

Our stay in San Antonio was great! The house was clean and had everything ready for us! Communication with the management team was above expectation. They had sent ideas to do in town and also had a nice 3 ring binder full of things to do! We did not walk into town, uber was super easy and inexpensive.

New Years at the Riverwalk

Our family went to San Antonio to celebrate New Years. We had 4 adults, 1 teen and 2 Children. The house was a fantastic fit for our group. Everything worked great. The house was very clean. Communication with the property representative was great. The neighborhood the house is located in is OK. It is close to an area that is run down. You can hear rail and road traffic at night, not terrible, I35 is close. The proximity to all attractions in the downtown area is awesome. I would stay here again.

Great Place in San Antonio

Would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for an affordable location in the heart of San Antonio. The neighborhood is great and conveniently located to everything you could possibly want to do. There are a few reviews on this particular listing that mention the train that runs through downtown San Antonio and the owners of the house try and downplay the train horn. Let me be clear -- the train legitimately feels like it is running through the backyard. Now, this didn't bother us because all we cared about was the location. If you are a light sleeper and looking for a tranquil and peaceful getaway, I would maybe find somewhere else (this train runs in the middle of the night). But if you are coming to San Antonio and want to be in a good location and everything else comes secondary, I would 10/10 recommend this house!

Nice & Clean

The house was nice and clean. The ac worked really well. Great location to get to downtown quick. I wouldn’t recommend walking downtown but it is just a short drive. The ac worked great and there are fans in the closet to use. They have a washer and dryer which is a plus with kids. Only downside which other people may not mind is the living room furniture being small and the walkway into the front door has a bush that’s prickly and goes onto the walkway. Overall the place is a great place. Would book again

Great Location and Cozy!!

Me, my kids and their friends from Seattle stayed at this cute home. The home was cozy and so close to the Riverwalk/Downtown. Uber rides from the house to downtown are very inexpensive and the better way to go to avoid parking fees and traffic from construction. The house was clean and the owners were very responsive. Even the neighbors were friendly. Would definitely book here again.

Peaceful home in centralized area.

Property manager was always quick to respond and was easy to communicate with. Location was awesome, and was close to every main tourist attraction. And grocery store was close by, too. Loved the private yard. It was so peaceful and we enjoyed the quiet mornings with the soft breeze and birds singing.

Quick Family Vacation
