The home features 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a dedicated entertainment room with games for the whole family. Guests also have access to a private backyard with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring San Antonio. The home offers plenty of space for families, friends, and business travelers to gather while still enjoying privacy and comfort.

Guests have access to the entire home, including all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, entertainment room, and a private backyard with a patio and charcoal BBQ grill. The backyard is a great place to relax, enjoy a meal outdoors, or spend quality time with family and friends. Guests are welcome to use the charcoal grill during their stay. Please note that guests will need to provide their own charcoal and lighter fluid if they plan to grill.

The converted garage storage room, the exterior patio storage closet, and the water heater/utility room are not accessible to guests and remain locked for safety and maintenance purposes.

Free parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

Please treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own. No parties, events, or smoking are permitted inside the home. Quiet hours are observed to respect our neighbors. For your safety, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras that monitor the entrances only, there are no cameras inside the home.

The air conditioner can be set as low as 70°F. During periods of extreme Texas summer heat, it may take some time for the home to reach the desired temperature after check-in

Service Animals: We happily welcome trained service animals in accordance with Vrbo policy. For the safety and well-being of the animal, service animals must remain under their handler's control at all times and may not be left unattended in the home.
