"It was all pretty good with a great cafe(s) and a supermarket right next to the hotel. There were some weird maintenance issues like the hot and cold water were reversed in my apartment but, overall, it was excellent. "

"A historic hotel in a fabulous location close to shopping , historic buildings in the downtown core , theatre and great restaurants. The hotel has all the creature comforts and a river view from our balcony room . I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"We received an upgrade to harbour view and staff were friendly plus super accommodating. We enjoyed the central location which was close to places to eat, close to river, Southbank was close by, and walking distance to train station. "

"We stayed one night waiting for an early flight the next morning. Check in was easy and professional. The room was quiet and comfortable. I was able to get ice and wine glasses from the downstairs bar area with a smile. After checking in I had to return my rental car. It was only a few minutes away and I only had to walk about 6 minutes to get back to the hotel. The only negative was the airport shuttle which costs $8. I don’t believe it said that prior to booking. Excellent location and staff. "

"The room was clean tidy and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. Hotel is in a great location, handy for walking around Brisbane. Staff were friendly and efficient. "
