"A lovely villa and private pool with mountain views in a quiet village. Dimitris was very helpful throughout our holiday with his local knowledge. The villa was clean with enough space for our family of four. We enjoyed using the outdoor bbq on a few occasions too. "We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. The only issue was the air con wasn’t working properly but the owners were very quick to get it fixed. Very well managed, Rosana is there for anything you need from booking excursions to taxi’s etc, she also owns a restaurant down in Sami be sure to check it out for brunches & evening cocktails! Maria is the daily maintenance lady & she is lovely too very good at keeping the place in order and always made us laugh. So glad we found this place & we will definitely return."

"This villa is superb. The location is in a secluded, quiet area with just 3 other villas in the location. The villas are all separate and you don't really notice the other villas although this one is close to the twin villa next door. Both remain private. The villa itself is clean with plenty of rooms and all the amenities you will need. There's a coffee machine, sandwich machine as well as full over/hob and washing machine. "The property was on a lovely hill. The views were breathtaking. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked very well. The pool was perfect to cool off and just look at the views. Billy goats show up every morning on the hill (there is a fence so they are not on the property). Short walk to the main area of Asos which was a cute little town, restaurants, beach (water so clear) . I would highly recommend Villa Vivere to anyone coming to the area. "
