My family and I stayed 9 nights at Casa de Blanca and had an amazing time. Dulce and Ruth were the best! They cooked several delicious meals for us and were so attentive to anything we needed. Alex was incredibly kind to us. The view is beautiful and the swimming beach is calm enough to enjoy with younger children. We drove to Playa Rincon twice for snorkeling. I highly recommend visiting this beach if you go. And you should!

Awesome

Loved everything. Super spacious villa. Kitchen well stocked with appliances. But most amazing was pool area and sea views. Also the super friendly people of the "campo." Host was amazing and super helpful with things we needed. Small market across street for beer and simple stuff but stop a the supermarket in Samana town before you get here. Beach is right next to villa. Short walk to some cool nearby blow holes. It is 3 hours from SDQ but a very scenic drive- do it in daytime. Overall great time.

Stunning Property!

This villa is absolutely amazing! We spent 9 days here (just my husband and I) and wish we never had to leave. Communication was great with everyone involved. Kenia cooked us a couple mouthwatering meals, with much left over to eat in the following days. We rented ATV's for most of our stay and Kenia assisted us with the rental. I loved seeing the whales! We also had an almost private beach where we could swim, within steps from the house. This villa is large enough for many people! Very comfortable. I love Samana and everyone was so kind and friendly. I have nothing bad to say about this property. Very safe, very beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing this place with us, we greatly appreciate it.

Amazing views and home

Alessandro was and incredible host during our stay. Beyond ensuring that the home was clean and ready, he helped us with car rental and ensuring we had an amazing home cooked meal prepared by the cook for our arrival. The home was perfect for our family with spacious rooms and an incredible kitchen where we could cook and share meals together. Probably our favorite element was the views from the house. The huge rolling waves crashing on the shore were majestic and awe inspiring. Our children loved swimming and relaxing by the pool and eating on the outside dining room table. Finally, there are a number of great excursions we were able to go on that were close by as well as many beautiful beaches to visit.

Incredible view

The view was beautiful and unreal. The house was awesome, updated furniture and windows everywhere. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and dishes you would need.

Most Beautiful Location we have stayed in DR

Our stay was delightful, Alex was very responsive to our needs. The property and location are outstanding...we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outside proximity to the ocean. The only reason for not a full 5 stars is hot water was very intermittent and the oven only functioned part of the time and since we were there Christmas week, we did want to use it.

Paradise in Samana

The property is a bit of a distance from the larger airports (we arrived in Santiago) but it is well worth the time and effort. It took just over 3.5 hours but there are lots a great views and roadside bodegas to break up the drive. When we arrived at the property, we were warmly greeting by Carmen who had prepared us a nice lunch. The property is very modern and well appointed and the views of the bay are spectacular. Everything is went very smooth and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We made multiple day trips to the beautiful beaches in Las Galeras (our favorite was La Playita). We also made a day trip to Las Terrenas and took a four wheeler tour of the beaches around and sites around Las Galeras. It is a spectacular and comfortable residence and the staff treated us like family. We would definitely return again and would recommend to everyone! Gracias por toda Carmen y Alex!

Wonderful Samana

Probably the best rental property in Samana. Very private close to all relevant hot spots in Samana. Amazing views all around. Alex and his team are great up keeping the property and giving good suggestions, always attentive to our needs. Wish I had allotted more time at this location. Need to come back during wale watching season. Must be espectacular front row sitting.

Beautiful location!

Two couples stayes here for a long awaited getaway. Perfect location. Pool was amazing and cleaned throughout our stay. House was clean and stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. Carmen's cooking was awesome! And Fabian and his son were our drivers from and to the airport and for excuraions. Highly recommend! Alessandro, the house manager was extremely responsive before and during the trip. Nothing close by for groceries, so get rhem before you come to the house. The only issue we had was the entertainment system did not work so we played cards or read books instead.

Nice stay in Samana

The property is really nice and the location is fantastic. On one side you can see the ocean and, if you're lucky, whales and on the other side you have direct access to a very nice small beach with small currents. The house also has an excellent pool which was cleaned every second day. Unfortunately the house is not as well maintained as it could be, but this might be explained by the hurricane that hit the island last year. But the people in charge were welcoming and very helpful. We didn't get to meet Alessandro, but we met with his friend Alberto who was very nice and helpful. We also met Carmen, a local lady who cooked some very delicious meals for us and who waited for us when we arrived until quite late in the night (with dinner). She also went out of her way to buy local fruits and groceries for us. Alberto used his connections to organise a rental car for us and we spent one day on his boat sailing up the coast. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and we would go there again.

Perfecto! In every way!

We were a group of seventyish friends. This wonderful property suited us perfectly. It is a bit out of the way but worth the short drive into town. Located on a point of land right on the Caribbean, the view is beyond spectacular. There is a lovely beach right there for you as well as a pool. The villa is even better than the pictures. I especially want to give a shout out to Alessandro, our contact and manager. He was the most helpful and responsive person I have ever worked with in all my VRBO experiences. If the Dominican Republic is on your bucket list, by all means include Samana and Casa Blanca in your plan.

Awesome Experience

What a beautiful experience for a wonderful occasion. The owner was very helpful & responsive to my messages throughout the entire process. We throughly enjoyed the Villa. The chef Carmen was amazing & so was her food. My only suggestion is if you’re visiting during the summer months make sure you turn on the ac in the rooms & let it cool off in there & then open the doors in the rooms-to allow the ac to cool the rest of the Villa. The pool was amazing. Naomi & her assistant came to the Villa, & my friends & I enjoyed the massages. I most definitely will visit again.

Paradise

If you are looking for a place to stay, relax and take in a beautiful scenery, then this is the place for you. From the moment you book la casa blanca, you are treated with the upmost hospitality. Alessandro is very easy to work with and very accommodating. The view from the house is spectacular, the pool is amazing ( it is great for kids as well as adults because it starts off shallow then gets deeper. My 5 year old enjoyed it as much as we all did) and the chef, Carmen, is wonderful. I cannot say enough about how lucky we are to have found this place. There is no need to pack beach towels, they have plenty at the house waiting for you to use them. The house has 2 sets of snorkeling gear ready for your use. You can enjoy the view from the pool, the cabana area or on the 2nd floor balcony. My family did all of the above. We did pack our own Amazon Firestick and the wifi was great. Our children were able to watch their shows without any problems during their down time. Hope this helps you click reserve when you are thinking of booking. My family of 4 loved our stay so much we cannot wait to come back. You will feel very safe as there is a guard and his wife ( i beleive) who come at sunset with their dogs. Again, we felt very safe. The driver that Alessandro referred us to ( Fabian ) was great as well. He picked us up from the airport, took us to the grocery store and then to our house. He was also our transportation with any excursions that we did. He would keep our kids booster seats with him so we didn't have to take them to the beach with us and brought them back ( the booster seats, not the kids) when he picked us up. Everyone on the island that we dealt with uses What's App. I highly recommend you downloading this App. It was very helpful when communicating. I wish I could post a picture so you could see how wonderful this place truly is.

excellent property

Casa Blanca is an excellent property. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool several times and although it is not heated it was still comfortable enough to use in the March weather, The pictures of the house on VRBO are fairly accurate-only the refrigerator was different. There is a security guard at the complex gate 24/7 and another guard on the house property at night. they were in a small building in the corner and were out of sight. There were a few maintenance issues but they were promptly repaired by Captain Al so i was happy. i saw many whales just sitting next to the pool including two full breaches on different days. i would definitely go back
