Villa magnifique

Nous y avons séjourné 6 semaines à cette Villa. Très bien située, des épiceries, de la plage et de la vie urbaine. Nous avons eu un excellent service de la part de Marie-Helene et de son équipe. Ils ont été à l’écoute et d’une grande aide pour notre prochain voyage en 2026.

Wonderful Property!

This property is beautifully maintained. Everything is as described and the pictures are accurate. We loved our time here. There was private space for everyone with 6 adults and 2 children enjoying the house and the well-maintained private pool and grounds. We were grateful for Ramon who kept everything outside beautiful and clean and even brought us water each time we needed it. He was a true gem. The location is a short walk to a wonderful beach and we spent a lot of time there as well. We loved El Mosquito Rooftop bar and it was easy walking distance from the house as well. We also used their arranged transportation from the airport and it was seamless and safe. We didn’t have a car and found that many wonderful restaurants were also an easy walk. We also highly recommend Jeffrey, the chef that was arranged by the host. Having him prepare our dinner the night of our arrival was one of our best decisions, but we also enjoyed two other delicious meals prepared by him! We would definitely stay here again. We were a little nervous about how much electricity would cost because we were using air conditioning in all of the bedrooms every night and sometimes in the afternoons for naps, but for 12 nights, the additional cost was about $225 USD, so quite reasonable in our opinion.

Amazing stay

The pictures do not do justice to the house. The house is very spacious and clean. Few issues for us, we would’ve liked the mattresses not to be so firm and extra blankets/comforters in case you need to share a bed. The beach is walking distance. Management and the housekeeper Nena, was outstanding. We will be back very soon and hopefully rent this property again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

Nous avons séjourné un mois a cette villa. Très belle propriété. Pour avoir fait le tour de las terrenas plusieurs fois, je crois qu’en famille cet emplacement est le plus approprié. Près des plages, des restaurants, pharmacie, épiceries. Dorian s’est très bien occupé de nous et était tres pro actif. Merci. Je reviendrai

Great location(3 minutes walk to the beach)well equipped and very clean villa with a decent size swimming pool. Modern eingerichtete Villa an Top Lage 200 m vom Strand

Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Die Küche ist nach Europastandard eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool ist schön und in idealer Grösse. Der Pool bzw. Whirlpool dürfte von der Temperatur her wärmer sein. Dorian, unser Ansprechpartner hat sich um all unsere Anliegen und Wünsche gekümmert. Wir würden jederzeit für Familien und Freunde die Villa empfehlen.

Beautiful villa

This villa was perfect! The house opens up so that you can enjoy the indoors and the outdoors simultaneously. The pool is large and well maintained, and the flowers and trees around the property are beautiful. The kitchen is well-equipped. The villa is just a quick walk to the beach and the town. Definitely recommend.

To begin there was a fire on the same day we stayed, like less than a block away. Even though we were notified prior to our arrival the pool inside the house was filled with debris from the fire. That was not cleaned until the next day. To get to this location is pretty easy however is located in an alleyway, very uncomfortable. The house was clean but infested with rats. Very important to mention that when we took showers the water smelled really bad to the point that we couldn’t brush our teeth with it. It smelled like feces. Not a pleasant stay at this property.

Great Location

We stayed here for one week. Four adults and four kids (two families). House is beautiful and just like the pictures, if not better. The house was immaculate upon our arrival and Lucy was there to greet us and show us around and how everything worked. Manuel was also very helpful throughout our stay. The houses are close and we had some pretty loud neighbors who played loud music until almost 1 am. We did contact the owner, and we were told to call the police if it didn't stop, but we weren't sure how to do that since we were on What's App for the most part. We ended up talking to the neighbors and things got a bit better. But then we had new neighbors, with more loud music. Houses are close and music travels easily. We had a few issues with the generator. Marie sent over an electrician and the power was fixed the next day. We were never without power for long, it just kept flickering on and off. Wifi is a little spotty, and not strong. We had the most success in the morning. By the evening, Wifi was not working well at all. Marie was kind enough to let us check out late since our flight was in the evening. We got to enjoy one last swim in the morning and a relaxing breakfast. Can't beat the location. Walkable to everything, but far enough away from the main road. Campo Kitchen is a great place to dine in the evening. Right on the beach. I would definitely recommend this house. It is a beautiful little oasis close to everything.

Wonderful property for lasting memories

We loved our stay in this villa! This is one of the most gorgeous properties in the area. Very spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a long term stay (we stayed 2 months). It looks exactly like in the pictures (perhaps even better in person). There is even a “swim up bar”in the pool! Ideal location, 2 min walk from the beachfront / the Pueblo de los Pescadores, near a host of restaurants and bars. To note, part of the charm of this house are the beautiful doors that open up to the garden making it an indoor/outdoor living space - as can be expected there are mosquitos, so do come prepared with mosquito repellent. Whenever it was unbearable, Manuel would send a team to fumigate the property. A big thank you to him and Marie-Helene who were extremely responsive and helpful for anything we needed. They were so professional and such great hosts that we decided to extend our stay in Las Terrenas and booked another property with them (this one was unfortunately booked already). Do not hesitate in booking this property, it is breathtakingly beautiful!
