Family trip

We loved it here. The house was perfect for our family trip with 3 generations. There were plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone and lots of space for the kids to play outside. The location was perfect, it was a quiet residential street but close to everything and easy to access. Nina and Andy were great and would absolutely recommend anyone stay here!

Fun in Salzburg

Nina & Andy were exceptional hosts. We were greeted by Andy upon arrival along with a welcome gift of freshly baked cake & Prosecco!! The property was wonderful with ample space for our group of 13, fun & unique decor, fully equipped kitchen & was within walking distance of the city center & old town. We especially enjoyed the garden & gathered there every evening to relax after our busy days & laugh about our adventures. I would highly recommend this property for large groups of friends and/or families!!

Ten Friends biking pretrip

We had a wonderful stay at the Salzburg VRBO. Nina was an excellent host who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and well informed about the area. We ate in one night and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking and an outside grill. There were bikes to use and the outdoor furniture was plentiful and really nice.

Family fun

The property was ideal for multiple families, lots of bedrooms & bathrooms, good kitchen & VERY accommodating hosts! They brought new toys for our kids & pot holders for the kitchen, anything we requested. The walk through at check in was personalized & thorough- even helped us order pizza! The house has 4 levels connected by curving stairs (not ideal for anyone with mobility issues) No air conditioning but lots of windows to open (no screens) & fans provided for each room. Lots of parking for your vehicles & area for kids to play. Easy walk to historic area, parks, restaurants & grocery stores.

Our perfect stay in Salzburg. You must rent! It’s delightful

From the moment of booking to meeting us when we arrived with cake and wine after a long haul from the West Coast of the US, Andy and Nina made this trip perfect. They had this place spotless, so many ideas of things to do, responded promptly with bakery suggestions, etc. anytime. We all had a blast. Each floor has its own luxe vibe and privacy. The location is the best. Quiet yet a block from a Grocery store and an easy stroll to the fortress or old town. Don’t hesitate to book. It’s wonderful. We’ll stay again. I’d like to try one of their other properties. They made this trip so easy! My go to for true and beautiful places for sure. Thank you.

Great house

We were 2 families, 10 people in total, and had a wonderful time. Kitchen table and garden area gave us plenty of room to all be together. Bed and bath layout worked perfectly for us. Proximity to old city made Ubers and taxis easy, not expensive, and quick since we didn’t have our own cars. Nina and Andy were wonderful, communicative and attentive hosts who met with us on day 1 for a house walkthrough and helped arrange long distance travel arrangements for all of us for one of our day trips. We thought we’d be challenged with not having air conditining, but the fans and the many windows through the house helped with that.

Das Haus hat eine gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und Erkundungen in der Umgebung oder für einen Besuch in Salzburg. Wir hatten uns als eine 11 köpfige Meditations-und Yoga Gruppe angemeldet und nach einem entsprechenden Raum dort angefragt, was sich im Nachhinein als schwierig erwies, auch wenn die Vermieter eine Lösung mit uns zusammen gefunden haben. Die Fotos versprechen ein moderneres Ambiente. Der Garten ist schön für einen Aufenthalt. leider haben wir ihn wegen der vielen Mücken kaum nutzen können.

Stunning place in the heart of the historic city Salzburg

The hospitality of our hosts Andy & Nina is beyond words. They took a lot of time before & during our stay and were always available for us. Our home was a wonderful oasis that offered an incredible amount of space and comfort. The house is furnished with a lot of love and passion and has a warm atmosphere. Nina and Andy have carefully preserved the original character of the house and expressed it in a special way through tasteful furnishings. The large seating areas invite you to linger, the wing chairs were wonderful places to relax and read. The entire interior exceeded our expectations and made our stay an unforgettable experience. We were able to reach the old town of Salzburg, the fortress, the castles and parks on foot and immerse ourselves in local life. We were very impressed by the friendliness of the people, the excellent cuisine and the historic character of the old town, which has been preserved in a special way. We travel a lot and have already seen many such accommodations. Here we have experienced a new dimension. This house is in harmony with the region, the mountains and the lifestyle. The view of the fortress and the snow-capped mountains is simply stunning. We can only warmly recommend this villa in the heart of Salzburg and have decided to come back. We will extend our next stay and book one of the chalets. We have simply fallen in love with this region.

A sizeable party of 13 adventurers embarked on a journey to Europe to partake in the festivities of Octoberfest. For the initial three nights, our base was Salzburg, where Andy and Nina, our generous hosts, ensured that our every requirement was met. The villa we resided in was conveniently located within a brief stroll of the majestic Fortress, the historic Old Town of Salzburg, and a well-stocked grocery store. I enthusiastically encourage you to allocate a day to uncover the charm of Salzburg and savor a glass of wine within the serene ambiance of the villa's courtyard. Amazing home for large groups

This property was even better than we were expecting based on the listing! Lots of outdoor and indoor space. Beautifully furnished with very comfy beds and couches. Nina and Andy were also lovely and wanted to make sure we had the perfect stay. Andy have lots of tips about things to do in area and we had a great time. I would without a doubt stay here again or rent another property from them.
