The cottage is located in Salviac, between Sarlat and Cahors, in Périgord Quercy,
on the edge of the Dordogne and Lot departments.
Established in a rural setting, the place is calm, relaxing and friendly. Facing south-west, the gîte benefits from a fabulous panoramic view of the Causse de la Bouriane valley, home of dwarf oaks, chestnut trees and rivers.

The house is recent, well maintained and of high quality; well insulated, it is very cool in summer.
The household appliances and furniture are in excellent condition. The swimming pool heated to 28 ° minimum, is treated with salt (without chlorine). It is pleasant and has a 100 m² tiled beach. The whole is enclosed by a barrier meeting strict AFNOR safety standards.

We offer the supply of bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and the rental of a BB kit with a supplement.

The town center, 400 m away, has many shops, doctors and local services.
In Gourdon (12 km) are supermarkets.
The tourist sites are numerous and magnificent.
