"We enjoyed our stay at the "Cozy Dark & Moody Home" very much and would definitely rent again. The unit was clean and comfortable with a great layout for families or groups, including an outdoor patio for relaxing after a long day. Even though you're in town, the location is awesome and easy access to great restaurants and pubs, the highway, area colleges, and there is a supermarket less than 2 miles away. Our host, Justin, was responsive to our questions and super great to work with."

The power went out for the multiple neighborhoods, there was flooding in the streets, trees fell all over the place, and there was nothing anyone could do. The only negative was the many stairs (34) up to unit 2 on the 3rd floor. I would definitely stay here again IF I could get the 2nd floor unit and cut the climb in half to 17 stairs!!! "

"The property is attractive and has updated appliances, which initially gave us a great first impression. Unfortunately, the positives were overshadowed by issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. There was no toilet paper provided in the home, which is a basic necessity that every rental should have. Even more concerning, the bathtub leaked so badly that the entire bathroom floor was soaked when we arrived. (And making it impossible to feel safe enough to use the shower.)...
