Beautiful cabin! We really enjoyed the property and the comfort of the house. The soothing sound of the waterfalls were amazing! This home meet all of our needs. We will definitely book the house again soon!

Perfect house for our girls' weekend. Well equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub, bathrooms, and overall place were clean. The only complaint was that the towels were rough and did not smell very good. Overall, it's a nice place to stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The host cancelled the stay on the morning of the day we were supposed to check in. Apparently the unit didn’t have water. They made no effort to help or accommodate us in any other way.

This is a special place. Wish we could keep it a secret but that would not be right. Felt our souls were replenished after being here. The house is nestled in a quiet nook of the forest, surrounded by the sound of running streams. It’s absolutely perfect. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Lovely house, with wraparound porch and lovely views, sounds of the river / waterfalls nearby! Very well stocked home; we cooked several nights and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The hot tub was great and had a basket of hot tub towels, which was a nice touch. There are multiple sitting areas and tables / chairs on the porches and in the living areas, which made it both cozy and spacious-feeling for our family of 6!

The waterfalls and the views are spectacular.Sitting out in all of the abundant screened in areas and listening to the water was the relaxation getaway we needed. The blankets were soft and everything we needed was there. Will definitely be bringing my husband and family back another time. The hot tub was extremely clean and made us feel comfortable about the whole stay. Only confusing part was the lights. Couldn’t figure out lights outside on screen porch and the remotes we found didn’t work but it wasn’t necessary for our stay. The little screened in hut by the water is an amazing touch.

Peaceful on the Pacolef

The house and property was exactly what we needed. It was beautiful, well cared for and an enjoyable place to stay. The River and waterfalls just added to the experience.

House is great, clean and well stocked. Owners very responsive check in check out instructions were clear. I would recommend this location and stay here again.

Great weekend get away

Beautiful home, which was perfect for my family of 4. Enjoyed the hot tub each night and the rushing water of the creek could put anyone to sleep. Owners were very responsive and were able to accommodate an early check in. Would stay here again.

Wedding weekend

The house was great -clean and roomy. Loved the hot tub. Location was very secluded and beautiful. We had a wedding in Saluda and the house was perfect for our needs.

This home is so beautiful inside and outside. And very well equipped!There are a few things I want to mention for improvement/updating. First the listing said it was a one minute walk to town. That’s not possible. The tv’s were not operational and I am savvy with electronics. Fortunately we have streaming apps so was able to watch tv but only on the main living room tv. Overall we loved it and would stay here again.

Fabulous

An absolutely AMAZING property! We loved it and would hope to be able to book again. The location could not be nicer, the house is everything we would be looking for - hot tub worked beautifully and we enjoyed it and the lovely fireplace, fire pit area and all the nice porches. Half way between Saluda and Tryon and around the corner from Pearson's Falls. Sparkling clean, nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable in every way - one of my favorite bookings ever!

Amazing, unique property!

This property has the most awesome location and features! Sits above a rushing creek with surrounding, screened in deck. Very private as well. Feels like you are deep in the forest, but it’s not far from the road. Things I didn’t like were check out at 10am, having to sign a 24-page rental agreement with the management company and additional management company fee, constant emails from the management company about all the rules. But I guess with a property this special, they have to protect it.

Great get away

Had some headaches in the booking process, the pictures showed a loft with twin beds and advertised as family friendly. When you went to book though it says no children allowed or you could lose deposit and rental. Took a few days to get a response. Turns out this was a mistype and customer support said the loft is great for kids. We tell the kids about the loft and book our stay. We arrive and the ladder to the loft is taken down so you can’t access. Three kids are now very unhappy and we don’t want them sleeping downstairs with a direct door to the outside. They all share one queen bed on the main floor with us. Management company was responsive to get answers, owner says they don’t want kids on loft for liability. Totally get that, would probably do the same if I was owner. But we were sold on the idea our kids could use. Management company told us to bad, description in the reservation states not available. Seems like you should tell the customer before the reservation about the fine print. Felt a bit fooled. Yonder could have easily solved with an apology and offered something like a credit for future stay, which we would have likely declined, the gesture would have made the difference. Despite all of this, Great property, well maintained, would consider booking it again. Would be nice if there was power at the river side living room, not a deal breaker.
