Exceptional! Can't say enough good things about this place! It was clean, well stocked kitchen, GREAT location in the complex. We were steps away from the pool, the beach and the indoor pool and game room! I had to contact Nicole for a little problem the first night but she handled it immediately. Great owner! Thanks Nicole!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit as it's very comfortable, nicely furnished and convenient to the pool and beach. This was our third time staying here and look forward to coming here again soon. Communication by the owner was great. Highly recommend this unit!

Great place with a view

Excellent spot right in the middle of the island. Clean and well decorated, also well stocked with essentials in the kitchen and lots of games to play if its rainy. Owner communication was amazing and check-in was super easy.

A Slice of Heaven on Emerald Isle

All I can say is it’s really a slice of heaven! We love that it’s located on the first floor, and It’s just a few steps from both the indoor and main outdoor pools, and a convenient distance to the beach accesses. Comfortable seating indoors and out, and the bed offered me the best night’s sleep I’ve had in years. Every piece of furniture was curated to perfection. The dining room table was big enough for our family of 6 with plenty of room to spare. We enjoyed working puzzles, playing games, painting watercolors, and sorting shells on the table, and my toddler loved the bench! The kitchen is just darling, and Carey has made every detail available. We found a Crockpot, blender, plenty of great mixing and serving bowls, and an abundance of dishes. The ample countertops made meal prep easy. The washer and dryer are well loved, but even with doing multiple loads of laundry a day, we didn’t have a single problem! She really has thought of everything, and made it all available for the guests. My family and I didn’t want to leave. Out of all the places we’ve been, and all the condos and homes we’ve stayed in, this unit was by far our favorite ever. We loved it so much, in fact, that we are already planning to book it for next year. We cannot wait to go back.

Perfect Location

We’ve stayed at SummerWinds before and loved it. That is why we came back. The location of this condo was so perfect! So close to the pool, the beach, the sports complex, and game room. It was great for our teenagers who would come and go while we were at the pool with our youngest. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the 6 of us. My 8 year old loved all the games that were available. If I could change one thing it would be to have some space for groceries. We came in with groceries for a family of 6 and I would have liked to “put them away” but space was limited as far as that goes. Everything else outweighs this one minor complaint. We will definitely be back. I can’t imagine being happy with any other location at SummerWinds.

Fantastic condo

We love summer winds condos. This is one of the best ones we’ve stayed in so far. And I will for sure book again! Lots of games for indoor family time. It did rain this past weekend so we were indoors more than we had hoped. Love that it’s on the first floor so you can easily walk out to the pool and beach access.

The location of the unit was A+! First floor, privacy, close to the beach, pool. The unit had everything you could need for your stay. We went to Beaufort and Emerald Isle to visit with friends.

Fun stay

We had a great stay in this fantastic location and this condo that is convenient to the ocean, pool and sports complex. Condo is beautifully decorated and makes the most use of the space. We would definitely recommend staying here. Carey was quick to respond to my questions and communication with her was excellent. Don’t hesitate to rent this unit, you won’t regret it!

Great Condo

The condo was very clean! All the appliances were new. There was great communication with the owner. Plenty of amenities for our child in the condo's sport complex. The indoor pool is handy on a rainy day. We had a great time! Hopefully we'll be able to come back soon.

Spring BreakGetaway

Our family stayed at the SummerWinds property, and it could not have been a better experience. Carey was wonderful to work with, everything was so detailed that the only time we communicated was the opening instructions and our checking out, although Carey supplied her number just in case. The condo is well stocked with all supplies and nicely decorated. We walked out the back door to the beach and the front door to the sports plex and the indoor pool. The kids went to the gym every day to workout. The location is fantastic and Indian Beach, I feel, is the best of the Crystal Coast beaches, although it is a short drive to Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Will definitely be back! Thanks Carey.
