"The staff might just be the friendliest in Great Britain. It made the stay a delight and we used the great conservatory space to watch a Christmas movie with our little one. Great food and great beer/wine. You need a car to access all the local things (Runswick Bay/Whitby/Scarborough/Moors) but we will come back each year as we love it. "

"When we booked this, we didn't actually know it was on a small site with a few static caravans and shared a courtyard with the neighbouring hotel. However, don't let this put you off. It's very private and quiet and in a great spot for visiting all the great things to do in the local area. The inside of the house was modern and clean and the bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable. Showers and bathrooms were great too. We received a friendly welcome and it was probably one of the best...
