"Just like it says it's a 100 year old cottage with a games room and plenty of space for my 3 kids. The kids stayed in the upper floor - note there are steeper than normal steps leading upstairs but my boys didn't mind. Plenty of attention to details throughout the house with all of modern comforts of home. Good central location close to Nanaimo for all of your day trips."

"The little cabin was clean, quiet, and well outfitted for a nice vacation in the Gulf Islands. The only sound we heard at night was a baby dear softly calling for its mother. Hope they were reunited. The location of this spot was also pretty convenient for reaching all the sites on Salt Spring and there's a nice beach close by."

"From the time of booking the property about a month & a half ago - the process was easy and responsive communication from the host.I am a big believer in communication.Parking is tricky - we had two vehicles and one of those vehicles was a pickup truck - we fit but it was tight.Be prepared for stairs - the area is well lit.I recommend the spot as it was clean and right on the water."

"We had a fantastic stay at the cottage. It was clean and well stocked with all that we needed. The location was ideal; right by the ferry with easy access to shops and cafes. It was also a quick drive to various beaches, the grocery store and Saturday Market. Our young kids enjoyed wading in the bay with water shoes when the tide was high. For swimming, we drove to nearby beaches. Andrea was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any questions we had. All in all, we had an excellent...
