Our family of four stayed here over the Christmas holiday and had a terrible experience. We arrived at the property on Christmas day ready to celebrate with our family and encountered many issues with the property including:- Hot tub was ice cold and full of leaves and dirt- Master bathroom tub was clogged, toilets did not flush well- Bathtubs stained smelled like BO- Piles of dirt in the corners of basement bedroom- House smells very musty and old- Spiderwebs in many rooms and bathrooms- Listing said this was a house, not a duplex- No coffee filters- Pool cues have no tips- Shower curtains old, yellow and grossInitially the property manager was helpful and tried to remedy the situation. He sent someone to repair the hot tub and mailed a shower curtain. He offered to send in cleaners, but our family was celebrating the holidays and did not want to vacate the property with our belongings in it so we did some cleaning ourselves. The hot tub was repaired but took half the stay to get up to temp.The property manager offered a full refund if we relocated or 50% off if we stayed. There were no other vrbo properties available in SLC so we decided to stay. When we received our 50% off refund it was much lower than expected. The property manager said the 50% only applied to the nightly rate and not to cleaning or other fees (not clean!). This was never mentioned to me but the manager now insists on this to retain more money. We are in dispute to provide proper refund.
