★ DUPLEX ★ Please note that this residence is one part of a duplex; the adjacent side is leased separately to different guests. We've taken measures to reduce noise, such as insulating the dividing wall and incorporating acoustic paneling for soundproofing. However, there may still be some audible sounds from the neighboring unit. We enforce quiet hours between 10:00 pm-8:00 am.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★ For the safety, security, and enforcement of house rules, we have installed three exterior security cameras on the property in the following locations: front yard and entryway (including street parking area), side yard, and backyard. These areas also include views of the home’s exterior entrances.
Please note that these cameras are used solely for security purposes and to help enforce house rules. They are not actively monitored unless there is a safety concern or security issue. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private interior spaces.

★ HOUSE RULES ★ 1. NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Registered and Approved guests only on the property. No parties/events. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests unless you’ve received prior approval, and the extra guest fee has been paid if applicable.
2. QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of the other guests and the neighbors at all times, including daytime noise levels.
3. NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUG USE: Smoking or drug use indoors is strictly prohibited. If you choose to smoke outside, it must be done on the sidewalk, away from the house. All cigarette butts must be fully extinguished and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. A minimum of $500 will be charged if smoke remediation is required.
4. PARKING: Please follow parking instructions. Street parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.
5. PETS: All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation, and the pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on beds/furniture. Guests must provide their own pet bedding and clean up after their pets. Additional cleaning charges will apply for pet hair on linens or excessive cleaning required.
