Beautiful, clean home is a gorgeous area! Our host was amazing, responsive, and kind. We are absolutely willing to rebook this property when we’re back in the area! Close to tons of attractions! Amazing mountain and canyon views.

Hi. All in all our family enjoyed our stay. We are a married couple, adult daughter and her boyfriend, and our 11 year old. The location is great. I'm a Utah native, raised in Sandy and a graduate of the U. Great location and amenities. 30 minutes of dusting and patio cleaning, washing some rugs and comforters, buying a functioning coffee maker, pool key access and some dish soap. This would make this a four star stay.

BEWARE. We arrived on Fri & immediately began questioning our choice. The exterior looked run-down, almost like a housing project. Inside was updated & seemed ok. We noticed the upstairs was unbearably hot, over 90 degrees. The AC was clearly broken; the unit outside wouldn’t even turn on. It was not clean: long dark hairs on the bathroom mat upstairs, broken glass in the bottom of the dishwasher, no dish soap, barely any dishwasher pods. We found a Keurig in the unit but it was broken — and there was no coffee anyway.We notified management right away about the AC, broken glass, & coffee maker. We reminded them repeatedly about the heat & they said “we’re working on it.” It got worse as outside temps climbed above 95 degrees.By Sun, they finally brought over a small portable AC unit — which was only powerful enough for a single room. We had to lug it up & down the stairs depending on where we were. At night, it kept one bedroom tolerable while the other remained miserable.By Mon it was clear they didn’t want to pay for an HVAC technician on a weekend. He said he was available all weekend. The tech waited over an hour for management’s authorization to make repairs. They didn’t respond to him so he left. By Tues we had to just book another rental & check out early.When we 1st arrived, they said we couldn’t check in early because another guest was checking out. So it seems like they’re running this AC con with multiple guests…

I have mixed feelings about this Vrbo. It is a cute townhouse in a convenient location. It shares a wall with another townhouse and has an assigned carport parking a short walk away from the townhouse. It’s a nice, kid-friendly community that feels safe. Some of the buildings are a bit run down but it does seem like efforts are being made to fix that. The townhouse itself is a good size with nice appliances and plenty of space for our family. However, the cleanliness issues were significant enough that I would not recommend staying here if something does not change. We had ants in the kitchen which I messaged the host about. Although sympathetic and apologetic, they did nothing to remedy that, nor any of our other issues, during our week long stay. The vacuum was broken which did not help the ant problem. Also, many of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty and the surfaces and floors felt grungy. We had only 3 towels and a couple hand towels even though there were 5 of us staying there. I ended up finding more clean towels in the dryer a couple days into our stay. Although the sheets were clean my daughter’s comforter had lipstick stains on it. Wish I could rate this more highly, it is a nice townhouse.

Great location, perfect accomodation!

Here on business for the week. Property is perfect, many amenities, very clean and well stocked. The best part, 11 minute drive to ny office and 5 minute drive to the Oyster Bar at Market St. Grill Cottonwood. Will definitely book again!

Good Stay Overall

The property itself is good/fair quality. The pictures are accurate to the inside, but there are no pictures of the front of the home. It is in a decent neighborhood, with easy access to the highway system. There are also nice parks nearby. Parking was convenient.The pictures provided on the listing are deceiving as the property appears quite grungy on the inside. The decor is nice, but there are a lot of scuffmarks and broken items within the home. All of the appliances worked well other than the coffee maker and vacuum. I immediately notified the property manager(s) of the broken coffee maker once we checked in, and they stated that they would have their cleaning people check it (once the week was completed). We therefore did not have a working coffee maker the entire time. The sheets were replaced but had what appeared to be some old blood marks. I notified the property manager(s) of this as well, and they stated that they were told by the cleaning people that the sheets were replaced. Nothing was subsequently done to replace the soiled sheets. The vacuum cleaner was broken, and there was no all-purpose cleaner for the counters. Fortunately, there was some paper towels, toilet paper, and towels. Overall, we were pleased with the property. The beds were very comfortable and there was ample room for an entire family. The bathrooms are also large and accommodating for a family as well. The property is also pet friendly. It was a quality stay overall.
