"The room was clean. When I made the reservation, what I was most concerned about was the pool and spa, which were supposedly available. We arrived at night, and the next day, surprise! The pool was closed for repairs, and the spa was closed. They also had a sauna that smelled really bad. They ruined our weekend and our celebration."

"The hotel is very comfortable and perfectly organized to make the skiing experience as enjoyable as possible. Everything is designed to make the stay practical and pleasant. "Simply the best in Alta. The views of the mountain above cheat on you thinking you are at some Swiss little mountain town. The restaurant and bar are great, the ski in/out is perfect, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. This was our second time at the Snowpine, and we would don't hesitate to go back."
