Whether you're here for a conference, chasing fresh powder, exploring mountain trails, or spending time in the city, you'll have a great home base. Grab breakfast nearby, hop on public transit, or head straight into the mountains—it's all within easy reach, making every day simple to plan.

This basement apartment is thoughtfully set up with a comfortable queen-size West Elm bed, plus a sofa sleeper for extra flexibility. Since this is my home when I'm in town, you'll find a welcoming, lived-in space that's comfortable, practical, and easy to settle into from the moment you arrive.

There is no dishwasher and the kitchen is tiny. Cooking isn't convenient and you'll have to wash all of your dishes. Please don't use my food and kitchen supplies. Lovely tenants live upstairs. You will hear them and they will hear you. Please be respectful with TV and music volumes.
