The SAN SEBASTIAN residence is located next to PLAYA LARGA, CALA DORADA and CAMI DE RONDA, a privileged location in a private residence with a swimming pool on the second line of the beach, ideal for enjoying your holidays with friends or family looking for tranquility, a few meters from bus stops, where you can go to Port Aventura and its parks or enjoy a nice walk along the seafront along the Camí de Ronda.

Observations:

The apartment is rented with bed linen and bath towels (not beach towels).

The parking is communal under the residence, (space not assigned) a card will be given to identify the car with the apartment, to notify in case of need.

Beautiful fully equipped apartment. Located in a private residence. The house consists of:

- 2 double bedrooms (135 cm), built-in wardrobe, window and ceiling fan

- 1 double bedroom (2 90cm beds), built-in wardrobe, window and ceiling fan.

- Dining room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and access to a beautiful and large terrace with side sea views.

- 1 bathroom with full shower.

- Equipped kitchen.

- Community pool.

- Community parking (unassigned space)

The apartment is located 50 meters from the Cami de Ronda, it is a very quiet private residential area. Ideal for anyone who wants to spend a fantastic holiday.

100 m from Cala Penya, 2 km from the town centre, 10 km from the airport, 7 km from PORT AVENTURA, 100 m from the supermarket, 50 m from the bus stop, family tourism, charming accommodation

Additional information:

Pets are NOT allowed, smoking is NOT allowed inside (on the terrace) and groups of young people are not allowed.

House rules:

1st. We are available for any questions so that you have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets and bath towels (not beach towels).

3º. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 9:00 to 20:00)

Check-in time: from 16:00 (if there are any guests leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00).

Check-out time: no later than 11:00

4º. Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it when you leave. The kitchen must be left in its place, dishes washed and no rubbish.

5º. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbours.

6º. It is necessary to present the identity documentation of all guests and sign the contract.

7º. Tourist tax: €1 per person, per night and adult (only the first 7 nights are paid).

8º. WIFI is FREE.
