"Booked this place for my parents. It had everything they needed, except for shampoo. Providing small shampoo packets would be a plus. It was clean, safe, and convenient for them. They would stay here again. They loved the attached restaurant that was walkable, with great food and kind service."

"We did not sleep well because of the people partying too late. They we so loud talking and laughing till 1 am and we had to wake up at 5 am for an event. The owner is nice but the room we stayed in smells like smoke and dogs. We will stay there again because it is affordable the other room we stayed at before was nice except for the last night. "

"Very cute hotel for the area. The outside might look deceiving in that the rooms might not be in good condition but I didn’t have any issues with the room. Not that the outside looks trashy. It’s just has an older look to it. The room was comfortable & clean and the person at the front desk was nice. He was kind enough to recommend the coffee shop across the street for good coffee and he wasn’t wrong. "

"Check in took way more time than it should have. Check in clerk was not familiar with payments made on Expedia. I rented 2 rooms. Both were in poor condition with dirty carpets. Our grandson was bitten in his bed 3 times overnight. Bed bugs????? Also the Expedia website indicated breakfast would be available, but were were informed that only coffee was served these days. "It was a very nasty place. We did not even see the rooms. Lady that works there came out to my car as I was getting out and I said can I help you? She said do u need a room? I told her I had a reservation. She ask for what kind of room I told her double. She said they have no double and already had another customer wanting a double and would have to move people around in order to do so, and they don't have any other double rooms available. "The cabin was just as it was listed. It was well stocked with anything you could need. The outdoor area was great with a hot tub and fire pit. Towels were provided for the hot tub. There was plenty of wood. We did not do the paddle boat or kayaks, but they were available and life jackets were provided. We really used the Blackstone for our cooking. Definitely a place we would go back."
