Walking distance (less than five minutes) to some great restaurants, bars and the beach. Enjoy the manicured lawn that provides ample space for outdoor games, sunbathing, or simply unwinding with a good book. You won't want to leave!

Easy access to beach, restaurants and other recreation. House was very clean, beds were comfortable and A/C units in each room. Host was very responsive and appreciated the goodies. We had a a great time and appreciated the good weather.

Great location! We were able to walk everywhere. The walk to the beach was easy and the host provided a beach wagon which was helpful. The backyard is great with a fire pit, corn hole and a grill. Plenty of parking. Wonderful communication with the host.

This place was the perfect stay for my family! We had a wedding in the area and was looking for a place to stay nearby that was easy with our kids and would fit us all. There was plenty of room, everything was clean, the location was a close walk to nearby food/beach etc. Ken was very responsive and helpful! Would love to come back and be able to spend more time in the area. 10/10 would recommend

Excellent experience from start to finish. The host was responsive, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the rental process. My four sons stayed at the property while visiting for a grad party and had a great experience. They found the home comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent and the check-in and check-out were straightforward. Everything went smoothly and will gladly rent here again. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was here that we needed for fun on the beach and the convenience of home. The owner was quick to communicate and accommodating to our needs/requests. We look forward to staying here again!

Was looking for central location to Blue Ocean Music Hall because we had tickets to a show and wanted to enjoy some beach time - everything within walking distance- great location and accommodations were very comfortable

We spent 2 nights at the cottage and found it to be a perfect stay. It’s the type of rental where you relax upon arrival. The AC was running and it was cool and refreshing. The beach decor, cleanliness and thoughtful amenities immediately let you know the hosts have made extra efforts for their guests to be comfortable and to relax. The two types of available coffee machines says a lot! We didn’t have “beach weather” for half our visit, but the location is very convenient to many nearby towns and great places to visit, including Amesbury and Newburyport in Mass & Portsmouth NH. For nature, we spent a few hours walking the great trails within nearby Maudslay State Park and then stopped at the fantastic Cider Hill farm (PYO and store). We highly recommend Ken’s cottage and hope to return.

A wonderful getaway

The listing for this property is pretty accurate. It is great for a family or just for a couple. The outdoor seating was wonderful to enjoy the summer days meetings.

Amazing location

We enjoyed this house so much. We were able to bring our dog and he loved the yard. Such a great location to the beach and to the restaurants. Parking was awesome. House is so deceiving those three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. It’s perfect for a summer week.

Great Experience

We had a wonderful stay! Owner was extremely accomodating. Beautiful back yard with fire pit and outdoor bar. The home was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Looking forward to returning!

Great beach house

It was just as advertised except no outside shower but the hose did the jobThank god for the a/c it came in handy at the beginning of stay. Short walk to the center and beach. Loved the first floor bedroom

Wonderful place to land!

We enjoyed this lovely and comfortable home with a really great outdoor space. Everything is easy - easy access/walk to the beach, an easy walk to Salisbury's boardwalk, and an easy drive to Newburyport. And, we appreciated the easy and clear communication with the host too. It was a wonderful place to land for a weekend get-away.
