  • Come enjoy this ocean front getaway in Salisbury! Located directly on the sand with ocean views from the front porch (Unit D). These two side by side family friendly condos each have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, are fully furnished and can accommodate large groups. Each unit has a living room, dining room and Kitchen supplied with all your cooking needs. Each unit has full size appliances, microwave and coffee maker. Cable TV and Wi-Fi included. Close to the boardwalk, restaurants, and shops, this is the perfect place to stay for a week or more! Two units may be rented together for larger groups. Off street parking, outside shower and deck with chairs to enjoy the view. Each unit has a personal gas grill for entertaining.

    Enjoy free concerts and fireworks every Saturday. This property is close to Seabrook, Hampton and Rye Beaches, as well as historic Newburyport and Plum Island for shopping, dining and whale watching. It is approximately 30 minutes from Water country, Outlet Shopping in Kittery, Maine and about 1 hour from Boston.

Jamie’s Beachouse

Jamie was excellent to deal with, our stay was excellent, my only concern is the additional bedrooms were very limited to children or an adult that doesn’t mind sleeping in a bunk bed, and a washer and dryer would have been an awesome addition, but if those things were not an issue I would encourage you to consider her property.

Perfect

If you a family, group of friends this property is for you. It’s simple charm and ability to rent both units C & D double the space. We spend all day on the beach and enjoy the porch during diner and evenings., or head back to the beach.

We loved the property.

This beach house was amazing . Couple things that I would recommend too fix is the fridge doesn’t stay that cold . And could use a love seat in living room for more seating but we loved it in the best location. We will be staying here again in the future

Fun Beach Week

This was a great place to enjoy the beach. Just steps from our back porch and sunrise views out the bedroom window. Very clean and well stocked with roomy bedrooms and large kitchen. We had an issue with the smoke/carbon monoxide detector but the owners we’re readily available by phone and a new one was installed the next day. They checked on us and let us know when they’d be over. The private beach was perfect with great waves and room to fly a kite. 10 minutes to the beach center with lots to do and delicious food/ice cream to enjoy. We are definitely going back.

Clean and practical

This condo has a lot of good attributes. It is very clean, has good kitchen tools, a nice-sized bathroom, and AC units in most windows. On the flip side, the beds are only OK, not really for adults in the second and third bedrooms. Also, the whole experience could be a lot more welcoming and comfortable. The communication with the host could've been more friendly and positive. There was a feeling of frugality rather than luxury when it came to anything other than the most basic items needed. Some art on the walls, some bath towels (there are none, not even for a shower), a blanket on the couch, a candle, a basket of snacks, a bottle of wine, etc would make the stay feel a lot more like an actual beach vacation.

Wonderful Stay

I stayed for 3 weeks, and nearly cried when I left. The condo is lovely, the master bedroom had a wonderful view of sunrises, and the beach is literally right outside the back door. Jamie was a wonderful host, quick to respond to questions and concerns, and just generally a lovely person. I worked part of the time I was there, and had no issues with the wifi. The boardwalk was just a few minutes walk down the road (or beach, if you prefer walking in the sand), and plenty of places to eat and visit with just a quick drive. And the best part was falling asleep every night to the sound of the waves. I already miss it, and hope to return soon!

Great Location/Views Cute House

This was the perfect location with great view and steps to the beach. Jamie was great to communicate with. wish it had 2 bathrooms but other thank that its GREAT! I would stay again!

Simply Amazing

If you are looking for simplicity, convenience and watching the sunrise from your porch then this is the place for you!! Only steps to the beach and minutes from the center of town. Jamie is wonderful to deal with. We will return again for our 3rd trip next year!!!

Perfect location for a beach getaway

We had a fantastic time at the beach. We booked both sides of the duplex for our trip. It was clean, and you could watch the sunrise from your bed! Being literally on the beach in 50 yds, made up for the small patios that could use some love. Overall it was incredible and we will definitely be booking again!!

Couldn't have been better!

The condo was immaculate when we arrived. The location was extraordinary, we could see the sunrise from our porch deck! Everything we needed was in the condo, including air conditioning for the hottest week of the summer! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo!!

A great location and condo

This was our first time to Salsberry beach. And we loved it! The condo was everything that we needed and the location was on the beach and very close to town and restaurants. We fell in love with the location. We even got to see whales from the beach. Will definitely visit again.
