"This place was 100% exactly as I pictured it would be. --Friendly people -Safe -Relaxing -Comfortable -Kayaking when I wanted -Fishing when my husband wanted Nicole was extremely quick at responding to any questions that we had. Our flight got cancelled on way out, not getting us in until 3am. Nicole messaged to check in on us and then told us she left the lights on for us so we could easily check in. "I rented this home as a place friends & family could stay as well as the venue for my husband's 50th surprise party. It had everything my guests & myself could want. Lots of space to spread out while still allowing for large groups to gather. The teens loved the game room & movie theater. Fully stocked kitchen so you can cook anything you desire. The only drawback are all the stairs but us old folks managed just fine! Overall 5 star location & highly recommend."

"The house is an older trailer as described. I gave a 4 on cleanliness because there were spider webs everywhere. I was knocking them down as I was walking down the hallway in the dark. :( Master bed is HORRIBLE, however, the guest bedroom bed was ok. The water smells like rust and there isn’t a light over the shower in the bathroom. The neighborhood is fabulous and the outside is fantastic. The dock is amazing and we had a great time sitting down by the lake on our trip."

"This house was very spacious indoors and the back lawn. We had 15 family members join us for a Davidson Graduation ceremony and there was plenty of space. We were also able to use the kayaks, play corn hole (already at the house), and grill out for a picnic. The fire pit was really fun at night! A great time was had by all! I do wish there were more bathrooms with the amount of people we had, but we made it work. I would highly reccomend this house for a large goup of people."

"We, (2 adults, 4 kids age 11-16) had a great time at this lovely home. It is in an amazing location, the house was great and the kids didnt want to leave. We were able to hang out, swim, kayak, and fish in the protected cove. On the boat dock you can hear the frogs at night, and birds during the day. Highly recommend it!"
