"The house is very cosy, in a beautiful garden with a pool and stunning views, set among pistachio fields. The owners are wonderful people and very welcoming. The house is about 1 hour from Catania, half a hour from Siracusa and Noto, and maybe 15 minutes to the closest beach. We did day trips in the morning and then relaxed by the pool in the afternoon. However, people that are not used to driving might find the 10 minute drive up curvy and narrow roads challenging."

"Outside space is superb with great pool area, bbq and dining area under cover as is car parking. Electric gate entrance. The apartment itself was spacious and tidy with all you need for a short or long stay. Although our hosts english was minimal and our Italian and German even less we managed to get bye, Kaethe our hostess was warm and welcoming and supplied us with water tea bags and other essentials plus a beautiful homemade cake and preserve. "Unfortunately our trip didn't go as planned as our son was ill but Isabella and Corrado were so kind and did everything possible to help. They are lovely people and wonderful hosts. The villa itself is lovely, especially the outside area, and the surroundings are stunning. You definitely need a car but the isolation means peace and quiet and great views.
