Air vent in the bathroom and the air conditioner are very noisy. The air vent is also connected to the light switch of the BR; therefore, cannot just leave the light switch on without the noise of the air vent during the night. Overall, my short stay was great. If you are looking for a quick place to catch some sleep or have a quick stay in Salinas I came in and used it as a place to sleep. The bed is comfortable. The inn is close to many attractions and tourist areas. The televisions has cable and there is Wi-Fi. My only complaints is that the mini refrigerator can get excessively loud and woke me up multiple times throughout the night. The shower head could use an upgrade for more pressure. The manager on property is lovely and kind. She provides great costumer services and was accomodal to my stay here. Overall, I give this place an 8.5/10

First time I see a very unlike Quality Inn. The place is dirty and not well kept. Staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. Dinning area is very small and food is awful.

Our room had a broken iron that leaked so we cleaned up the water with towels. The towels we used came out black with dirt from the room not being mopped. Room service exchanged out the iron but said that the towels would be charged. I dont know if it was because we were in a handicapped room that the beds had there original plastic on them or the hotel forgot to take it off but was not able to sleep because of the noise the plastic would make evertime we would move positions while sleeping. Woke up more tired then when i went to sleep.

Everything was dirty, hallways, elevator, room, etc… the hotel was full, lots of construction workers staying there and the smell of cannabis everywhere, we did not feel safe at all
