The house was very clean and comfortable. We would have liked more communication about parking - there were two cars in front of the house that never moved making it difficult to park in front. Having a key lock box on back door would be helpful since parking is more accessible in the back. Communicating there is parking in back would be helpful for future guests. Having front and back porch light on after dark for guests when they arrive would be helpful. It was difficult to see the house # when we arrived due to no porch light on. Thank you for a clean property.

We had a cleaning issue in one of the bathrooms and the carpet showed signs of staining. The staff offered to come back to clean it but we took care of it. The office staff went above and beyond to help with a package shipped to us. We were so grateful for their help! The house was a very good size and the location was close to downtown and very convenient. The only other issue was that the home was listed as a 3 full bath and it's only a 2 1/2 bath which shorted us a shower. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the style and comfort of the house!

This is a lovely house in Salida CO with all the amenities true to the town. The management company was responsive and helpful, they provided basics and a lot of coffee to start our stay! A bonus: there are deer everywhere and we woke up to at least one in the front yard every day.

Cute home

Super cute place, very clean, nicely located. Our only complaint is the beds are hard, but we all seemed to adjust. Nicely located to lots of hiking and the downtown shopping.

Great place

Our family felt right at home in this cozy and comfortable rental. Living room had relaxing chairs. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is also great, just 1/2 mile from downtown shopping and restaurants.

What a gorgeous safe space to hang and enjoy ourselves

Great rooms and space. Bring a blender if you want a morning shake and your favorite coffee. Otherwise it is set up and perfect.

Spacious, beautiful, great location

Great stay in Salida! If I could give this 4.5 stars I would, but better than a 4 so I went with 5. This place is so much bigger than it appears from the outside! New, spacious, very nice furnishings. Well stocked, although some things like tin foil, baggies, and dryer sheets would've been nice. The location is great! Easy walk to downtown, close to grocery stores. The bed was on the firm side as others have mentioned (could be easily fixed with a soft mattress topper). The oven was not working for most of my stay. No one's fault, but definitely inconvenient. Thankfully the BBQ grill, stove top and microwave worked. And I did receive a small discount for the inconvenience. I would rent here again.

Great Stay in Salida!

We loved staying at Salidaho! My 3 teenage boys and I stayed for 4 nights. It was our home base as we climbed a 14'r, floated Brown's Canyon and hiked Aspen to Crested Butte. It was just as described and the perfect place for us to relax and recover! We'll be back!!!

Great place and close location to downtown

It was a great place to stay. About a 15 min walk to the downtown area, through residential neighborhoods. Perfect for four adults and 2 kids. Would stay again!

Great Place For Our Salida Trip

We traveled with our two kids under 4, and this house was an excellent place for us. Location is walkable to everything we’d need, and still overall quiet. our kids loved the bean bag room (where we’d set up any toys we traveled with). There isn’t much parking out front, but we located the parking in the alley right behind the house which was great. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great house, terrible mattresses

Great house in a good location. It had everything we needed as a base for skiing and exploring the area. Clean and neat. However, all four mattresses were terrible! They are all a sort of memory foam, but extremely hard to the point of making restful sleep difficult. We would happily return to the home if the mattresses were replaced, but would not rent again if the mattresses remain in place.

Multi family ski trip

We came to Salida for a few days of skiing on Monarch. We found this property to be very clean and had everything we needed. It was close enough to town to walk for dinner for a few nights, and the kitchen was well stocked for us to make dinner at home on the other nights. The beds we found to be uncomfortable for all. They are all a very firm memory foam-type beds. Outside of the beds, we found this to be a great rental.

Perfect family stay!

Place was as advertised, clean and perfect for our family! Especially our grandson! He is crawling, carpet was awesome and not much for him to get into! Backyard was great - full of snow! Love Salida!
