Lovely place
Love the location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Unit is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Extremely easy check in and check out.

Issue with Air Conditioner
We had a serious problem with the upstairs air conditioner, which was inadequate and quite noisy (it shook the floor boards and bed). As a result, the manager moved us to a different unit in Salida, which we found to be quite nice.

Enjoyed the property and absolutely loved Salida which is very much worth the trip. The location was fine, but iour unit was in back of the main building and you exit in the ally. If you use the second bathroom, just remember you have to go downstairs to get to the other bathroom or shower which is located in the master bedroom.

This is a great home near everything. It was super clean and cute. The location was perfect to spend a day hiking the area and then walk into the historic district for dinner.

Great space and location
We had a great time. The mud room is an awesome luxury to have on the entry level. The space was really useful with a great location. Parking was not an issue. We wished we had known the full bath was in the primary bedroom resulting in everyone sharing one shower inside of the bedroom. This was not a big deal we we were all family, but something to consider when looking at this property.

Great place, walkable location in downtown Salida
The property was perfect for me and my big sis in from out of town. Nicely decorated, and BR/Bath layout worked nicely for us. Close to everything, and having a designated off-street parking spot was extra nice. The property managers at Pinon are "on it" - they always provide an amazingly positive experience renting in this area. Even mailed a hand-written "thank you" note following our stay!

Our stay
It is a nice space for visit to Salida. You should be aware of the step stairs to get to the first floor. Also the hot water takes a long time to get warm. Otherwise a comfortable place to spend time.

Fast work/ vacation Trip
Property was very clean and well renovated. We really enjoyed the roof patio. Parking was a bit tight for my large truck but able to make due. Great location to down town for easy walks down main street and to the river. Would stay again!

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and interesting place to stay.
This is a very old building that has been renovated, making an effort to retain some of the features from the past (e.g., rustic wood floors and real brick walls inside). Amazingly clean, no old building smell whatsoever and well equipped. Very short walk to downtown, yet very quiet. I highly recommend!

Awesome place right in the middle of Salida!
My friend and I came to Salida to fly fish in the area. Stayed at this awesome place right in the middle of Salida. Everything was within walking distance...food store, restaurants, breweries, shopping, etc. The rental was perfect...can't say enough about the place. Will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

I had a nice stay in Salida. This condo is right in the middle of downtown - walking distance to excellent food and drink. I was needing some time away and this condo was very nice. The communications with the property management company were the best I have seen - even a little app for you phone :-).

Great place in central location
Really nice place. Lots of windows. Plenty of space. Good kitchen. Good laundry room for extra things. Sort of odd layout, but not in a meaningful way. Wonderful and large deck facing the mountains. Beds weren't great.

Fun place right in Downtown
Great and unique property. Right downtown, it's within walking distance of all shops and restaurants downtown. It was a good mix of rustic old building with modern kitchen appliances and bathrooms. Both rooms are large and roomy, the master being very big and roomy.

The location of this property was great, within walking distance to everything. Very clean and loaded with everything you need. The condo was nicely decorated with comfy beds. The master bedroom was a little loud in the morning (it faces the alley) but it’s to be expected when you are downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect size home for myself and 2 teens. We enjoyed cooking breakfast each morning before skiing Monarch and loved the location so that we could easily explore beautiful downtown Salida. Clean, roomy, comfortable and a prime location!
